  2. Update. So I drove it the car for a bit and it seems that the rich smell has gone away and AFR monitor is taking the readings from the ecu adjustments. So far its stable at 12.1 on AFR.

  3. I'd guess it just an air lock and key word is prime. I have had same problem in rebuilds with spotless oil pump tube pick up screens

  4. Me too think it is the normal blink for Series One EA82 mpfi turbo reading O2 sensor . What is your gauge reading now?

  5. That flashing I believe IS the O2 reading. It will change the rate of flashing etc as engine load chages. I’m 99.99% sure the ECU is happy and all is working as it should. Happy days! Now, go pass the smog test! Cheers Bennie

  6. Alright guys thank you, I have solved the issue. It was both the PB and the cable. The one thing I learned from this is BUY QUALITY PARTS. Man the difference between the oriellys cable and the genuine Subaru cable is insane. Can you guess who is who?

  8. On my tablet I have no clue how to link. So go to your preferred online access to China, use search terms such as 12v aquarium digital temperature alarm and look through the million possible choices Some are twin circuit, twin channel, some mains voltage get shoved into category so make sure you get 12v They come with screw terminals to add a relay or buzzer. I use these to drive the relays 85, 86 switching. I use the ones that are about 75 mm wide,25 high, come in matching grey body with red digits The sender is about 4 mm diameter by about 19 long probe You can just make a mount tab from some aluminium flat, 6 mm thick about 20x20, drill hole to suit probe tight fit, 8.5 mm hole to mount tab on thermostat housing hold down bolt or do two circuits, one on left head, other on right

  9. have you tried vegetable oil? I know, seems too simple but it has worked for me many times removing adhesive residue. keep applying it and use gentle abrasion with a cloth to remove top layers and then continue deeper.
