  2. I understand the power plant swap and I’m all for it. If you want the sleeper look, don’t lift it! An AWD box in there will get the power to the ground and make the car very nice to drive without worrying about spinning front wheels all the time! Just throwing ideas out there if you really don’t need the lift. Cheers Bennie

  3. Turned out to be a faulty dealer installed keyless entry / anti theft system. Once I disconnected it and reconnected the cut and patched in wires in the original wiring, it starts and runs great.

  4. Check your ground connections. You could even run a separate ground to make sure you have a good one. For them all to be having problems, I'm thinking ground, only because I have had that problem before and it was the ground.

  5. same overhere in Texas, NEVER seen any Subaru older than 1991, i've seen 1 Loyale in the wild before, but had Colorado Plates so still unsure if that counted. only 2 1970's Subaru i've ever seen with my own eyeballs and those are the ones i currently own. same for 1980's Subaru's, ever only seen 4 in my life, and i also happen to own all 4 of those. perhaps it's me that keeps picking all of them up... oops.
