  1. Thanks guys. That first video looks like my engine and it confirms that the seam I mentioned above is what is used as the timing mark,. I will install the new belt and pulleys today but I will have to wait to receive a new belt cover since I broke the original one... Ordered one off Ebay. 60 bucks. The Aisin kit came with a Mitsuboshi belt, Koyo and NSK idlers and NTN tensioner. ALL parts say Made in Japan including the water pump although I did not see a brand name on it.

  2. It's for dropping the manual transmission crossmember. Everything one fits in one place. Just take it slow and don't force anything. Watch for brake lines, they will be at their limit trying to install a 4 inch kit. Also first step should be removing the shroud from the radiator.

  3. They are ethier the rear axle drop or the front sub frame. The steel dose one and the alloy dose the other.

  4. Hey guys thanks for the replies! So finally today got around to fiddling with the brat.... Cold start fired right up and drove it a bit. Parked it for 20 mins and smelled the oil and yep it smells like fuel. Second time trying its fighting and with my foot on the pedal it roared big time and could take it on another run. The 2 hours later same thing, it struggled and with foot on pedal it came to life. Haven't gotten to the back to look at the tank but I think I will go ahead and replace the injectors with some certified rebuilt ones and change the oil and fuel filter for good measure. I just opened the hood after 3 hours and you can smell fuel from a few feet away. I will update when I get this done and fingers crossed hope it works! I appreciate all the help, I couldn't have done it without you all!

  5. Sleeved bolts space the rear diff pumpkin down as does the flat alloy plate. Two sets of holes - one pair for 4 inch lift the other pair for 6 inch, IIRC. Search USMB for rear diff top mount repairs if yours is damaged/worn out.

  6. You got it. Leave the cross tube up against the body out of harm's way! Looks complete to me. Just need a steering shaft extension, and a little creativity in the engine bay to make sure all the cables and hoses reach.

  7. I can’t see any blocks for the rear suspension K frame. Unless their setup doesn’t drop the K frame, rather it swings the rear wheels down and literally under the back seat base. The steering extension is quite important! Cheers Bennie
