  1. Checked on my lunch break, and the Permanent code was gone. So probably 4 or 5 drive cycles to clear that. Good as new.

  2. i tried monroes once on one of the 4 Subarus I have had - honestly, was not all that happy with them - too soft If you are keeping the car, it is worth the extra effort to go KYB

  3. are you keeping the car? If so, get the KYB. Very likely you also need strut mounts. KYB may have some assemblies now, but I forget what years.

  4. Does that always mean they’re NLA forever? I’ve purchased some of the “last Subaru part in the US”, only to see them available later. I take that to mean sometimes current US supply is zero and more will be coming.

  5. That's an oxygen sensor, not a single EA-series engine was ever equipped with an EGT. In fact, I don't think a single USDM Subaru ever had an EGT until the 2002 WRX's EJ205.
