SVX's are WAY cheap to buy, cheapest bang for the buck, can usually get ones with bad trannys for 500-1500 dollars. They were a high priced luxury car, and by all means if you know the problems with the Transmissions, and are buying one to swap a tranny in, then i recommend checking the site http://www.subaru-svx.net/forum/ The car gets 25mpg, cruises at 80mph at about 2100 rpm, and has great handling, is quiet, smooth ride, and lots of bells and wistles that are neat. Many SVX's are very capable of 500k miles with a better tranny, routine wheel bearing replacements, and Tbelt change. .

and I am not sure we have a category to post this so i am posting it on here since it is a Subaru I took to the show. Got first place at the 25th Grinnell Happy Days car show, in the "Mini Truck" class. I was the only entry in that class:lol: 150 cars total showed. link to pics. http://s405.photobucket.com/albums/pp132/bheinen74/Grinnell%20Car%20show%2009/?action=view¤t=IMGA0497.jpg&newest=1 People were like, why is the spre tire by the engine, did you put the seats in the back, is it legal to sit back there, etc.

ea82t it needs more power

EA82T is not usually a motor to risk ANY mods on of such. It was not a reliable motor in stock form generally, although some have been okay on it, not many though. Once you mod it, might as well swap it. I have not had firsthand experience with an EA82 anything, I am just posting what i have become familiar with in threads and most people say this. -
Hi. Nice choice on the GT. I am in the process of searching for a 05 LGT Wagon, but may have to settle on a sedan. How did you find yours? My color choices are RPD, GRP, or white, and I prefer tan interior, most are black. I have bid on 3 of them in the past few weeks at auction, but not succesful as of yet. Would love to replace a few of mine with something newer like this. Watch for my fire sales soon to help the funding. Enjoy yours and post how you like it and whats good or not good about the way it drives, etc.

The Government should perhaps conduct a study of health effects of "new car smell" to determine if it is a health hazard, and if so, make manufacturers change the materials they use to produce cars. They are making cars with recycled toxins perhaps, and the air polluting part of the toxins cannot be good for people. A related note is when ever I have purchased new mattresses/bedding, its the same, or new carpet, same. The smell is intoxicating to me and my allergies.

We dont have 6 lug yota wheels around here....none. I really have yet to find a junkyard with a Toyota in it, nobody junks them around here, there were so few Toyotas sold in Iowa in that era, and the ones that were are still running strong. -

4x100 is not for Brats, ea81 seris or ea82 series cars. 4X100 is for Hondas, not Subarus... -
I suggest for everyone to use anti-sieze when re-inserting axles, I always generously antisieze the splines-on both ends, the hub end and the differential end.

But they are putting these wheels on 7,500 dollar + Polaris ATVS. We want to put them on 600 dollar subarus. The wheels cost way too much for our vehicles....
