My 6th Subaru - 95 Outback
I think so. Dude put those on there three months before I bought the car in June 2010.

I want to see a picture of what it is like looking over that scoop from inside a forester.

My 6th Subaru - 95 Outback
Well, she survived the round trip to the Florida gulf coast and back. 2 hours from home it threw a check engine light getting on the interstate. I have been driving the STi so I have not had the time to drive it to town to get the code pulled. Was hoping I could do it with my Cobb AP but it didn't work. It did work on that 02 WRX I was working on a few months ago. Here she is about to make the long journey home.

Replacing rear brake caliper
The right rear on my 95 Outback doesn't seem to be grabbing as well as the driver's side caliper. Are there any goofy bolt sizes on the brake line? Don't want to strip anything out and want to make sure I have the right tools on hand first. Thanks.

My 02 Foz project
Can't believe that thing runs with the smack the timing belt cover took. I would have instantly wrote it off. Nice score man.

Where did you find that knob? I had that same sticker/insignia on a keychain many years ago.

What happened? Did you have a wreck?

The only time I run with the AC on is when I have my little boy or passengers with me. Chalk it up to many years in a non-AC hatch and BRAT.

Slave Cylinder or Master Cylinder? Answer Is.... Neither!
Durania replied to lostinthe202's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXFor future reference: you can remove the hood prop and move it to a spot on the strut tower passenger side and you can prop the hood up fully without using a bungee cord.

Drove this thing to Florida on Saturday. Got around 27 mpg loaded completely down and AC on.

Leaky leaky legacy hvac. (passenger's feet wet)
Durania replied to 987687's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXOn the WRX/STi's there is a drain hose that comes out of the firewall right above the passenger's foot well. It may be the same as yours. Make sure the hose doesn't have a hole in it or something.

Sounds good. Probably about level with my STi at idle.

I like those yellow fogs. Did you modify the JDM headlights so they don't shine into the oncoming traffic?

Not a fan of that wing either but I would love to see a video to hear that exhaust.

Oh man, I love the tails on this thing. Did wonders for the car. I traded dude the factory rear sway bar from my STi plus the stockers. We traded in the walmart parking lot. It was a PITA.

My 6th Subaru - 95 Outback
Have not done an update in a long time. Traded with a guy and got JDM wagon tails My WRX headunit finally died, sourced another one from another friend and put it back in. Put new rear rotors on Sunday. The ones on it were the factory ones. Made in Japan and sent over here to Indiana. They were shot. Got the new ones on and the car did not want to move, acting like the parking brake was on. My father in law and I took them back off and got a wire brush and scraped a TON of rust off the 6 o'clock position of the assembly that contains the parking brake mechanism. We got it to roll again but it makes some rubbing noise. No brakes are dragging and is not affecting driveability. Just makes noise like a bad wheel bearing when making turns. Figured it would eventually wear down. We are taking it to Florida on Saturday. Looking forward to the drive.

They would lower it but s techs are known to destroy struts. Well, with wrx's anyway.
