  1. It's a race to who gets the biggest rim! Sure you can have 21's on your car - if you want rubber bands for tires.
  2. It'd probably be more expensive to pull the transmission than it would to just buy new tires. 185 tires shouldn't really make the speedometer wrong though. It would be having 50 series vs 75 series tires that would mess with the speedo.
  3. I would accumulate a bit of extra money for the SVX anyways - they're expensive when things break!
  4. Brakes are a lot more durable than people make them out to be. I think that it will correct itself eventually.
  5. Probably wouldn't gain much. The EJ18 is only rated at something around 115hp.
  6. 1. Replace it 2. #0000 steel wool and a wet sanding method and then a polish and clearcoat 3. 2000 grit sandpaper and a wet sanding method with a polish and clearcoat.
  7. On my 1991, there was no need to push in the key to turn it off - just turned it back to turn it off.
  8. You have to be careful though in all that that you don't blow the lighter socket itself. Two times in a row, my dad blew the socket in his 97 Toyota Camry courtesy of a 90w inverter.
  9. Is the 94 Impreza 4-wheel disc? That would make things much much easier because you wouldn't have to remove the axle nut.
  10. No, because the Manual Transmission is 100% mechanical in its use of AWD. The viscous coupling unit provides 50-50 bias front to rear. The auto is controlled electronically.
  11. Just be extremely careful when you're doing it because if you misalign the converter and you hear a "pop" when you insert it, you just broke the fluid pump for the tranny.
  12. The temporary board doesn't have the database that the old one did. That's why your login doesn't work.
  13. Can you plug in a reader to check what temperature the ECU sees the water being?
