  1. Friday - We hope to get the yarding done around coal country by 5PM or so and head into Carlisle to camp or cheap motel if nasty out , probably around 7PM. Would be good to have some daylight left. Sunset should be around 8 by then.
  2. Lots of edits all around today. Thanks for any and all cooperation. Looking to make this smooth. We still have a small amount left. If you know someone you don't see listed give them a tap on the shoulder , please. We really are close enough for me to comfortably go thru with this but making sure we're more towards 99% would be better. I can deal with a fresh one , and I'm sure between all the vintage CT guys the last one would be fought for. - the 1%

  4. Todd or other Mod. can you please Sticky this post? Mark it in bold and with bells and whistles , the works !!! Get your coin rolling !!!
  5. USA residents - your price is $54 shipped - please add a couple bucks if you use Paypal **** Add just $38 per unit after your $54 box/ship/payment deal. So two to the USA guys would be $92 , and three would be $130.... like that. If you above are buying more than one gasket I work it out and try like heck to not make shipping any higher. Understand that you may open the box and see your two or three crammed into the box. Don't flip out ,its rubber and will set back just fine. A couple of us here have already experienced this. I will treat your gasket like it was mine. Folks living beyond the continental 48 States please send me $40 now and we'll settle shipping as it happens. But of course , I'm not sending out until I'm paid. And , hopefully you guys in Israel can have me send one box to one location and split them. Not sure if that'll work the same for the Aussies since you guys may be really far apart..... you tell me. Paypal - moosens at yahoo dot com Otherwise contact me thru email - same as above - or PM here , for check or money orders. Thanks !!!!
  6. OK , edit 4-29-12 Let's get things going and work together. We all pay now and I avoid financing. Why pay THEM anymore ??? Please read and if anything isn't clear re-read or ask me outright thru PM or email ,etc. **** Be true to your school - OLD SCHOOL.

  8. Edit , 4-29-12 , we are going to get me paid ASAP so I can not use my own money so much , and not need a loan or use a credit card ,etc....... so that'll save us all some across the board. We agree that the material and or shipping also needs to be picked up ,etc. so we round up and we're still probably under $55 total per single unit shipped and folks getting two or three might even not have an increase using the USPostal pre-paid box deals. That is IF they all fit. Those are right around $15 and change and have confirmation and insurance built in. And in cases of using FedEx Ground I know they are reasonable. International we'll figure by country. I have one I can weigh and get dimensions on. Probably US Postal for that situation.

  10. I need to be able to get at that dust under my bed better , so manuals MOVE OVER! Before you read on I'd like to offer a Haynes manual FREE with the purchase of any of the Factory Service Manuals I have for sale. These are good to keep in the car and although they are often criticized they can come in handy for most of the work you'll ever need to do roadside. Haynes 1980-1994 Red Cover 89003 , and Haynes 1971 thru 1977 1100 1300 1400 1600 Blue Cover 237(US) Only those two so first two who buy and want one are the lucky winners. FSM's - more to be listed soon.... MSA-110 Subaru 1600 Engine and Body Supplement (reprint edition) Feb. 1981 Good condition , all there , nothing missing or messed with. About 7/8 of an inch thick. $15 plus cheap shipping - Media mail if possible MSA-113 Subaru 1600 1800 Engine and Body October 1981 Edition About an inch and a half thick. Cover is not bad but pages are almost untouched. Really nice inside. $20 plus cheap shipping like above. Also have an '89 maunal I'll list in the regular F/S Forum.
  11. Don't bother asking here. Not to offend , but time is .....almost gone. Contact the guy - David - and he's got items listed now on eBay so maybe you can get him to reply there or use the email I provided and cut eBay out of it. Those heater cocks are getting harder to find. 35K shouldn't be too bad to deal with. One of those items thought , that I think you can't offer enough for his time on. Good luck. I hope he can help you out. Maybe consider spending more and getting more so it works out to something the guy can actually make a buck on for his effort.
  12. 'roun here we dun gotta hit the pavement before the morning parade southbound. Either that or we leave around 9:15 from here and sort of breeze along on the tail end of the ugliness. That would get us into eastern PA around 1:30 depending on location. Harry's first , then down 61 to New Ringgold , or ??? We'll need some fine tuning depending on the reports we get ..... hopefully.
  13. And whoever made the guy carefully remove the entire main wire harness only to back out , you really pee'd him off and now he's pretty much done. He has those few items listed and a few more GEMS stashed for possible future sales. Please be sure you can meet a price before committing.
  14. Some guy I found on eBay just had to *************** to me , and rightly so , about one of us backing out of a harness deal. I'll add more later. OK I'm back. Yeah , what Todd said .... I'm too tired to add but basically the same thing. Be considerate of people's effort and the entirety of it all when getting someone to drive , pay , labor , box , drive , and ship your part. And in some cases consider that if you're buying new old stock that somebody went thru a heck of a lot to get it , retain it , and continue to house it in storage that ain't cheap. Rant done. Thanks for reading. I realize many of us this does NOT apply to. So you few cretins , get with the program !!!
  15. Well for me it'll be Friday the weekend of Carlisle as we will combine 3 activities to maximize the money thrown to the oil companies. Leaving Bridgeport CT around 6:45 am unless someone - like you Jesse - wants to team up , then we'll wait some. But hoping to hit Harry's or the Rt. 61 area yards later that morning. Beating rush hour is key. I think that is the 18th
  16. I just happened to notice he's listed 3 items on eBay. Carpet - $37 plus reasonable shipping - and he washed it already so it looks like new. Door panel - driver's with original "caution" sticker - $29 I think Ignition switch - no key - $13 Hopefully you can still contact him about other items. I know he has an original radiator that I can't get , tail lights in really great cond. , and more.
  17. I had an email from David , he said someone asked about the fenders. Hopefully that was you and you get them. I realize it's a yard and they have policies but WTF with crushing a vehicle someone has been buying parts from all week long ????? Everyone involved is making more than if it just gets crushed. Good luck guys!!! Act fast , no , faster !!!!!
  18. Be careful in Bridgeport. keep the windows up and doors locked driving around. Sure, get ahold of me. I work overnights and sometimes during the day too but just try me. Moosens at yahoo works too. Cheers !!
  19. Ceiling liner too !! Trying to get pics but I need to sleep more than do this stuff ..... contact the guy now , do not wait.
