Start kicking ideas around, please. Thinking an early meet on Saturday at the Waffle House so we can be at the Show by 9AM or shortly thereafter. From the looks of things, the opportunity for my crew to get there on Friday night is in existence. That would take the pressure off of having to rush down on Saturday morninig. And of course,be able to hit the Waffle House. Is anyone intending on bringing a camping stove, grill, etc. to cook on? My stuff is buried still, but I should be tearing through the storage unit in the month of April and could have the good ol' Coleman double burner there. Maybe a nice homestyle cookout experience for Saturday afternoon and evening? Who's camping?Who's snagging a room? Anyone besides Andrew alergic to seafood?

From what I understand at this time I'll be able to get down there Friday night. Would be best if I leave Saturday night,or early Sunday, with escort,AAA Plus plan, and well charged cell phone.New job,90 day probabtion, can't be late or miss days in that stretch. Are we ready to talk food yet? And don't forget SATURDAY IS THE DAY to be there. Food/meals probably depends on actual time of arrival. Seperate food thread coming!!

You likely need the shifter "resin bushing".You can probably find them if you hunt around. That's one of the items I intend on either making or getting someone to make. As far as I know the Pug wheels will be tight, but could work for you.Your local tire place can order the 13's no problem, they just probably won't bother stocking them. Glad you're mobile again with it.Good luck. -
Go Neo!!! Go Nick!!!!!!!!! Hey,I can't read too good.....does that say "www.Jeeps_get_stuck dot com???" Nice that you all got along well enough.I'm sure normally those guys our manuever us in the nasty stuff.....on good days. Take us to the watchtower again next time please.I really want to get back there and take some pics from the top. Oh,and way to go to the forester guy too!!!...forgot your name. Are you Bart? Looks like the winter made things more interesting, and you found some of the old spots we went to back in 2001,2002. Good goin' guys!!! See you in April

Rear shocks Question

I'll try the guy here who has some old Koni stock for us. Any other 1400 owners should chime in now, please. This man should be at the Carlisle Import Show in May.I've emailed asking him to bring whatever Subaru fit items he may have.Hopefully I should have enough money to make a group but on the spot and pass along the discount to my fellow 1400 owners who have shown intention on keeping their cars. -
Thanks! And I'll try to learn how to spell dinner by then. Dinner at the Red Lion Diner!!! mmmmmmmmmmmmm, hot waitresses.... Watch, you guys will get the old lady of the bunch.:-p Who knows what you guys will see me in NEXT MONTH.....might be the '78,might be a Leg-a-wagon,and Impy wagon,or even my friend's Forester which he's offered to me at a great price.Outside chance it could be my '87 turbo wagon too.

So far, that looks good for me. -
Yeah, that's what I meant, sorry. The Waffle House, mmmmmmmmmmm tasty!More coffee please..... Would be nice to start making a menu post, and see who wishes to contribute. But for sure it'd be nice to have a sit down inside like at the WH or a diner.who knows,we might even be forced to do that if the weather turns wet. After this week I'll have a better idea of what hours I'll be there, etc. and determine what eating/sleep disorders I'll be bringing along.

Right on,Jerry!!! Looking at your photos makes me think about living inland.....for a minute or two.You sure have a nice place to romp around. So,that's what my hero looks like!Nice couple of Subazuki shots there. And that HatchBrat...er uh Bratch...or whatever you call it,just too dang cool.Wish i has something like that to stuff in snobby people's faces around here.Would love to pull up next to a Hummer or Navigator, etc. with that puppy.
