Pics might still be floating around here somewhere. Man we had some GREAT times with that car.Did at least 3 tours of duty at the Barrens,including camping with my son.

OK,but I just remembered that my cars up there were both 4WD,so the rear drums are different.But Charlie has lots of cars there.Andrew's white '82 GLF is supposed to go there soon,maybe that will help. One way or the other we should be able to help you out. If I don't answer the phone just leave a message.

What about all those car Andrew has to get rid of? He must have something to offer in extras....or Charlie.Andrew was going to send another turbo wagon down to Charlie's.... As far as I'm concerned you are welcome to go over to Charlie's and pick anything you need off the cars I've dumped there.Except my turbo engine,which I might be retrieving soon. The semi-legengary touring wagon is up there with the engine and tranny removed.Should be cake to grap just about anything you need for this project.Brake booster,M/C,lines,fittings,nipples...just wanted to say nipples. Grab yourself some extras all around.Rotors,calipers,whatever it takes.I've taken care of Charlie so there should be no problem at all. It's a haul but it could be your best shot.Saturday looks to be raining.But they've been wrong often lately. If I can get there with you I'll be glad to help.

About the same....but still open. Let's face it,Ed threw it out there right in everyone's face.There's a special feeling about the change of seasons and seeing sunshine often.Going to be a tough search to find what nature give us here. Sure,you give up some things for others.But to toss away the change of seasons and good amount of sunshine for a lesser school system seems unlikely. Have to be honest here.I think we're going to focus on the east coast unless somehow we get a lengthy trip to the west coast in soon and it somehow convinces us.With changing of jobs fairly eminent for both of us its going to be difficult to get that trip in. But,even after changing jobs and hopefully moving THIS year we'll still do our best to get out there,even if just for entertainment purposes and minimal scouting,in 2008.

Going to take the wife and daughter for a peek at what dad 'n Luc do. This Wed. Ranger station on Rt. 206 around 1PM-2:30PM as best as I can call for now. Going in to the first obvious intersection of larger trails,taking a LEFT and cutting back northward,up to next intersction and right.Should end up over in the Batso area.Or somewhere near the Memorial. White '96 Legacy wagon with 2 adults 'n 2 kids.CT plates,can't miss us. Going to do a nice slow ride for the ladies. *****First mile or so will determine if we do the route mentioned above or if we turn around and head for highway.****** So,if its super slick,we're turning around.This time of year it is NOT a family event :cool: in the wrong conditions.

....work,all depends on work htis year.Might be working in a helicopter plant,might be banging nails,might be relocating.....the coin is tossed,we'll see what the next handful of months brings. But thanks all around for all the offers you guys have made.I keep telling the wife how cool it is to have folks I've never seen be willing to go through all that trouble and expense...and she knows,but parting from the family when we both work,both handle kids,etc...with only her mom nearby,who does not drive....etc. just a tough deal to dump on the wife full time.
