  1. I took my 3 year old princess and our 1969 Subaru van to Cascade Cars and Coffee PDX April 26
  2. Stock is 356cc, with one mm over bore I think it's now 367cc
  3. Fitting a Briggs and Stratton air filter element into a Subaru 360 van housing
  4. Checking via video inventory Subaru 360 golden nugget acessories. The factory tool kits are " Holy Grail " rare due to most of them being lost or,... actually used. Same with the van air cleaners housings, ther are very odd shaped, take a special traingle air filter element, and seem to get taken off and forgotten in days past. I'm looking for a Subaru 360 van upper hatch hinge just in case anyone has and extra one.
  5. excellent ! I'm glad to help. Your Subaru 360 with be breathing flames soon
  6. Ahhh. This is new to me information and I stand corrected. How rumors get started I suppose.... thanks for the clarification
  7. Fun with Subaru 360's. A compilation of silly Subaru 360 video clips I put together over the years. I had no idea would get so many views, those darn crazy 360's!
  8. Subaru 360 manuals are free downloads through the club and Steve's Honda 600 site's
  9. Fuji Heavy Industries is the parent company of Subaru. This 1955 Fuji Cabin is the great-great Grand father of the Subaru 360. It may be the eldest Subaru in existance. This Fuji Cabin sold at the RM microcar museum auction for an astounding $110K plus a 15% buyers fee. As with all the cars sold from the microcar museum, it is unknown if this car runs, drives, or stops. The smooth flowing areodynamic almost airplane body look make this car desirable. It is very rare.
  10. Don't hate me, focus your energy on something constructive and get yourself one. There are dozens on dozens available. Honda 600's are way easier to find than a Subaru 360. Here's about 40 Honda 600's for sale in one place. Make it happen !
  11. This weekend's microcar of choice was our blue Subaru 360 van. It has no safety features. It would crumple like a beer can if the wind blows. It emits toxic blue smoke. It is a challenge to drive up hills. However, It can accomodate the whole family easy, and, is also the most fun to drive. I find myself smiling and hooting when driving and all day the next. The kids love it. Passerby's love it. Whats not to love?
  12. Yep, I know. Subaru 360's were way before the times, the oil pump injects oil directly into the crank bearings, what is left over lubricates the cylinders, flow from the pump varies with throttle and speed, idle is 100:1 mix, WOT @5000 rpm is 35:1 mix. Really smart. Smokes very little, easy on oil, easy on the atmosphere
  13. I use REDLINE smokeless. Subaru 360's are all oil injected. When the dash light comes on you fill the resiviour and go.
  14. Don't hate me. Join me ! Lets get " YOU " into one of these fine micro autos.....
