  1. Welcome to the USMB where selling and buying is done in the Marketplace. . .
  2. Picture Jared 20 years older. Talk about a spittin' image. The apple fell right next to that tree.
  3. BYB kits are awesome. I've had 9 Soobs with PK's BYB kits on them. I've installed 13 in all. I say they're pretty bullet proof. So you guys made up your own kit, or did you use a BYB kit as a model and revise it? If so, that would be most uncool.

    EA82 lift kit???

That's talking about a 4 inch kit. They obviously haven't been around here much, or they'd have seen all the 6, 8, 10, and even a 12 inch lift. Wonder where they got the idea for lift kits? Hoping it wasn't cuz of pirating either Patrick or John. . .
  5. A little, on plastic. But I'll fix that tomorrow. I'm trying to trim as little as possible, so you can't tell by looking at the car that I did any trimming.
  6. They were $400.38 installed and shipped thru Discount tires. However, I'm not sure if you can sport 14s on your forester. . .
  7. Got 'em on and boy am I amped! Only had to do minimal trimming besides removing the front mudflaps. 27/8.50/14 Kumho Venture MTs If it's raining in OR this weekend, Open Class is MINE!
  8. Sweet! I was just gonna post to Brian that we wanted the shape of Washington State incorporated. But, I think the general shape would be better than absolute detail. As in lose the islands and make the outline more simple. Reason being for t-shirt printing and glass etching. Brian, your second one is realy cool. Maybe lose the VII and add "2005." Your logo in the middle of the state would be awesome. Add the Venue below it too. "Mason Co. Fairgrounds, Shelton, WA." If you wanna talk over the phone, send me a # via pm and I'll call ya on my dime. I.M. Shmiem. lol Thanks man.
  9. The Kumhos are on!!! Let it rain!! Rooster tail city people, whoohoo!
  10. It's about time Dad got a little mud on his lifted wagon. Site looks good Jared. I'll send ya photos from EC if ya want. . . I gave you a copy of the little bit of footage I got right?
  11. Any of you photo shop/paint pros wanna help me come up with one? It's about time for us to get on it, we have glasses, shirts, and a website to put together still. . . Thanks in advance. . .
  12. Thanks Glenn, I'm gonna add that to the Frequently Asked Questions Sticky.

    RallyCross woes.

    lol Answer you phone John!
  14. You could always swap them on when you get to the mudhole. . . Sweet 82 uses them on his monster garage creation. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/member.php?u=584
  15. I'll be there, but not for the School. I figure that if I did the School it wouldn't be fair to everybody. (Or I'm too poor) Gotta let you know though, that I'm gonna make a push for the Open Class this season and try to place in the top 3. In the grocery getter OBS even. lol Anyways, I'll be down there on Saturday, late afternoon. Open Class is running in the morning on Sunday, so I'll be at the fairgrounds good and early. Looking forward to seeing you all. (my tires had better get here on time. . .)
  16. WOW! Sexy indeed! The only New Soobie I'd want over that bad boy would be the Outback T. I know what you mean about how cool your leg is. Looks like we're going to sell the 97 imp sedan and buy a 90-94 leg wagon for her. A wagon makes more sense now that we have the kid.
  17. Do any of you have problems with dieseling after you shut it off? If so, my buddy Brian just got the fix for the 38/38 on his FJ. He says the Toyota guys say it's the shnit. #WEB43914060B Weber Idle Solenoid, it costs 16.95. Basically, it's a fuel cut wired to your ignition. When you shut off the key, it kills your fuel flow. He got it thru * http://www.jtoutfitters.com *fixed, thanks Tim.
  18. Thanks. Last photo of it with the 15s.
  19. It's in the write up. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=24979&highlight=offroad+tire+write Here's a photo of them on my unlfted 80 hatch. http://community.webshots.com/photo/37919799/60787825kfCkrs Mike W has had them on his hatch for 5 years or so, they still live after all he's put them thru. I dig them, but they're just a weee bit bigger than I wanted for the OBS. Smaller means more torque for more speed in Rally X. But the Kumhos will make up with their better traction. I'm psyched to take the OBS down 311 next time I go to Evans Creek! I almost did it last time I was there, but chickened out cuz I didn't have any faith in the Hakkis on the rocks. 6 ply will make me way more fearless.
  20. Maybe this one will work better. If you click on "specs", you'll get a photo. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Kumho&tireModel=Venture+MT
  21. Here's the link. . . https://www.tiresavings.com/tireShop.php?action=findCombined
  22. Yeah, the good ol' 27/8.50/14s. I called Kumho before I ordered them, the lady claimed they have LOTS of them in stock. Had to wrestle with Discount Tire over the price, but wound up with a set of 4 for $400.38 after shipping, install, and tax. My good buddy at the Cooper store called around and said that the 14s were discontinued. I couldn't find any listing at all for them on their website. . .
  23. Some Kumhos. I'd wait till I have photos to divulge, but suspense seems to get some folks' panties in a bunch.
  24. Appreciated, but I settled on and ordered tires today. Gonna be one baddass looking OBS.
