I have the one on the bottom, my wife brought it back from Japan last year.

Your brake lines can be relocated. The metal part of the line can be rebent to make them fit better, no need for new ones for a 2 inch lift.

I don't want to make the long drive by myself. I am a firm believer in the buddy system. Looks like I'm out Scott. Bummed, cuz the family is out of town and I have the time to do it too. -
Well, they came in the mail. And there were actually 4 lights for 100 bucks. I misread the description in the auction. I hooked up two to the heep, and wow, they are tons brighter than my head lights. I only wheel occasionally at night. Don't see any need for spots, only floods, cuz it's all done at 2 miles an hour, not worried about out running the lights. We ran thru Evans at night, and I found that my two 2000 lumen flashlights dialed down to low power were plenty to see me thru the trails. (I attached them to magnets and stuck them on my fenders) The other guys had bigger tires and lifts, with lots more lights, including rock lights underneath. I was still the only one to make it up and over the rock obstacle at the bottom of the big bowl. I'm looking forward to see the lights in all their glory, just hoping it happens before my 9 year old graduates high school. lol

You might be surprised to at just how bright the lights I added the link to are. 3600 lumens is no joke when it comes to slow night wheeling. Proper floods for under a hundred bucks a pair. Mine are due to show up tomorrow.

Do you suppose one of the bulbs is burned out?

I'd like to do the trail that we took in a few times that's right off of the road. You have to drive thru some tank traps, then it was all crunch and smash for the Soobs after that. I imagine it's closed off now though. -

(wink) I will be able to play this Saturday. Lemme work on getting a buddy to follow me up there. Yes, let's go UP the trails. Not embarrassed by getting an occasional tug now and again. -
I could drop 3 grand and not even dent the list of stuff I want. . . Snowball indeed.

I wish I could have more money to play with the Jeep. Here's what I'm up against, these things have ENDLESS amounts of add ons and the like. http://www.jeep4x4center.com/wrangler-tj-parts-accessories/index.htm

Quit tilting your kilt Paul. -
Put the new lift on, then think about getting exhaust.

Welcome. Lots of fun stuff can be done to your car. Bigger, faster, lower, turbo'd, lots of good stuff. Just depends on how deep you want to jump in.

Good luck! I'll be off in the 4X up in the mountains. -

The big reason for putting outback or forester struts on the car besides the height, is being able to clear taller tires.

LEDs are getting cheaper. Check these out. They're what's going on my Jeep. Hard to beat that many lumens at that price. They come in 30 degree spots too. http://www.ebay.com/itm/7Inch-36W-CREE-LED-Work-Light-Bar-Flood-4X4-Offroad-ATV-Save-ON-54W-72W-12V-24V-/251373194956?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a87028ecc

Ed lived a good and honest life. If we are rewarded for what we've done here on Earth, he will definitely reap those rewards. I'm glad to have met him and was lucky enough to be allowed into his inner circle. RIP Ed.

My newest (91) legacy only has 176k. Clean inside and out and underneath.

As usual, my Saturdays are screwed.

I'm done making and shipping copies. I just wanted to make them available for a minute because I'd had a few inquiries. Maybe in a couple of years I'll dig out the box and do it all over again. I hope those of you who got vids thought they were worth the cake.
