The gravel part scares me. I love my shiny pretty car, wanna keep it like that. New clutch is in though.

The black coupe in the first post lives about 2 blocks from me. An older lady drives it. There's a 4 door 4X black one that lives near me too. The black lifted leg is a guy from Dirtyimpreza.com, I've run into him 2 or three times randomly, cool dude. I saw a lifted 90-91 keg wagon drive over a curb and do a u-turn the other day at the south end of the viaduct where is turns into East Marginal.

Cheers. Will absolutely try to make that one. Thanks Jeff.

Indeed, time to start getting ready for it. If you're new or forgot. . . We head up to Greenwater each year to collect xmas trees as a group. We'll meet up at the Mikky Ds in Enumclaw at 09:00, planning on leaving by 09:30 to head up to the snow. (hoping for snow) What to bring: Snow tires required, AWD or not. warm clothes for snow. kids and dogs are welcome.

Just to humor me, look back there with a light and look for shiny spots. Adding OB struts to an impreza is not a new idea to me.

Crap, wife has to work on Saturday, meaning I'm watchin' kids. . . Wish you guys would plan more Sunday runs.

Old School get-together in Seattle
ezapar replied to edrach's topic in Meet n' Greet. Your USMB Welcome Center
Well, finished my clutch, no reason why I can't show up. Maybe I'll try to bring a Subaru Celeb along with me. -
The clunk is probably from the spring being bigger and rubbing against the car on bumps. You'll need to take both assamblies off and beat the area behind the springs back to clear them. The best way to check theis is the old finger test. Can you fit your finger back there?

So uh. . . There's a perfectly good brewery right there in LC, they are also kid/family friendly, but they have beer. Tell me that's where we meet, I'm in. -
ORG is composed of folks from both Oregon and Washington. Ed, the date doesn't show up on their site. I'll be putting in a new clutch this weekend in my imp, sounds like a good way to break it in. . .

Sheesh, it's been dry as hell. I went up with buddies to camp at Greenwater last weekend, fire danger was too high to even have any kind of camp fire. Don't suppose the 20th is on a Sunday?

I'll be up in Greenwater with a group of guys this weekend. . . Have fun my man.

Nice work man, your truck looks great. There will never be enough trimming and bashing to clear rubbing on the front. . . They don't make a bfh big enough. The only way to kill the rub is to move everything froward. So you get to learn how to not flex and turn too much to avoid rubbing. I know.

That pushed in part is out of the way for next time.

Current vehicle? Only 3 inches of lift plus the tires that are 2 inches taller than stock. I've had some 12-14 lifted Subarus in my time though.
-
Me? I'd argue with that. Almost wore out my winch when a lifted one with M/Ts and LSD showed up at my cabin to wheel.

God what a long way that BRAT has been since sitting in my yard on a trailer way back when. . .

Sorry Jeff, with no rain in sight, I'm gonna pass on this run. Have fun guys.

1:04 of my life wasted. . .

I would like to try to go, but only if it rains first. Not interested in dusty dry wheeling. Mud please.

I ain't mad. I just don't like the idea of the show wnner being the guy who spent them most time in a waiting booth while some go fast company swiped his credit card and made his hot rod roddier. (<----say that's not a cool word) hehe, I made no secret that I thought that Dave's car was a ringer for sure. Here's me telling Jessie and Ken just what I thought. And who can say? Without my past input about ideas to make the show what it is, (camping, mudpit, beer, glasses, tshirts) it probably woulda been something really really really awesomer. lol Tex. Me and Ken joked about complaining. Other than the green and white coloring of the buildings, I have little to complain about. lol Great job, you knew they'd complain, don't be surprised by who. 400 cars is asweet achievement. Hire a psychic next time to predict how many cars and just what time they'll show up, ok?
