Mine's a 5 speed. Try this. Put your front tires on concrete and the rears on gravel or something loose. Punch it. Mine will blast off, but the rears will spin some. Harsh, didn't know yours was an auto. . .

If you're good with a clutch and able to listen to a spotter, you should be able to do ok. -

That's what we're hopin' for. Mud pit and all. -
And it's settled. I'm locking this, you guys get way too upset about two vehicles that are hardly worth taking off road. I actually got into a fist fight with a guy over me saying my gen one wagon could out 4X his buddy's baha bug. He got a black eye, we never did find out which car would do better. In the end, 6.7 and 7.3 inches aren't much to brag about. Approach angle has everything to do with success offroading. This was a A&B conversation, Heeps can C their way out of it. And one last thing. Here's one of each, stuck next to eachother in the mud. Neither worth squat without tires.

I'm planning on being there. I'll be bringing my Toyota. It's open still, but I'll manage. -
Looks sweet. Can I add a link to this in the FAQ?

I tried it the last two years, Moosey turned me down both times. . . One of these days. . . it's really not so bad out here Paul. lol -
I'm gonna lock this and add it to the FAQ. If you have info you think needs to be added, pm me and I'll add it. Thanks Andyjo.

Guess you've never read my license plate. That and you missed the part where I said I've got a toy for offroad now. No new vids. The camera's sole job is to film my boy.

DO a search. Or at least read the contents of the front page. ie: the FAQ at the top, or the thread for those of you who missed the FAQ.

Yeah, but that's not fair, you guys have like 60 states on the east coast, we only have 3. That would be like me counting Tacoma, Everette, Kirkland, Bellevue, Ballard, Kent, Federal Way, Tuquila, Beacon Hill, Shoreline, Mt. Lake Terrace, Lynwood, Edmonds, Isaqua, Sammamish, the U. District. . . You know you top the list of USMB people I wanna meet. Merry christmas Moosey. -

If I could remember all the names of the people who've come to me for parts or help, I'd blow past 100 no problem. If I could remember half of the folks I've met at Soob meets, 200 easily. Damn memory. lol -

Soobs pulling Fords. mmmmmmm. Here's me pulling one out of the ditch. Thought he'd climb the hill, didn't know about the ditch. doh! -
That truck behind it is the one I sold to Marty. He blew up the rear end, so it don't go no where now. And he's out of town. I'm beginning to hate it. No. My Toy's got a sweet bumper on it, it's my offroader. The Swampers are mostly for s h ! t s and giggles. Had to buy them when they came up for sale. Probably just for snow. I'd like to score a new set between now and WCSS8. I've had them a few times on Soobs. These are actually the set that was on the last lifted hatch I had. Being a little bald, they really stick. No new trimming, just a little tickle with the BFH where you can't see it. I'll put up better photos today. I wanna try to find a stock OBS to park next to.

had to do some beatin' to get them to not rub. Also had to add some washers to act as spacers, cuz they were rubbing on the rear struts just barely. The washers were just barely too big, so I wrapped tape around the studs to center them for balance. Totally ghetto fab, but it works fine. I'll put up some daylight photos tommorow. Handles like it's on rails!! lol The swampers are a *little* worn. Thanks Kyle, I'm all grins tonight.

Make sure and bring back some ej dual ranges from AU.

We're leaning towards Hood River, sometime in August probably. Plenty of reasons why. As for Eastern WA? No. Yes indeed.
