  1. You'll be fine. We'll trust you'll be on the honor system and that you'll find Corky in the daytime to pay him your entry fees.
  2. My apologies for the useless banter that folks can't seem to help but post. (yeah you oddcomp and zefy) Here ya go. I'll know more Thursday after I get a meals schedule from the food people. I'm gonna try to have a rough schedule printed to hand out to folks as they arrive. Should go like. . . Friday: no real schedule, just camp and party and stuff. Saturday: breakfast @ 7:00-8:00 goof off, mingle lunch @ 12:00 Show and shine at 2:00 Dinner/awards @ 5:00 goof off, mingle, party, sleep? Sunday: wake up, pack up, go home. --------------------------------------------------- The espresso lady will be there from Friday thru Sunday a.m. There will be a local Mexican Mom/Pop/cute daughter food vendor that will serve burritos and tacos all day Saturday, including a Mexican style breakfast in the a.m. (they claim everything is home made, including the tortillas!)
  3. No RallyX this year. Your veto will cost you 800 bucks. They charge 1200 per full day, 400 for set up days, 400 for pack up days. So yeah, you bring an extra 800, you can stay as log as you like on Sunday.
  4. That would indeed be Austin. That would be EDRach and his brat in the background. I was there. Somewhere, I have Qman doing the same. Here's another one of Austin from that same day, different place. Here's one that when posted it on the AU board made everybody claim "bitsa". lol Adding a bumper, lift kit, carb or motor transplant, big tires and after market wheels is allowed in AU, but once you add a transfer case, they claim it's not a Soob any more.

Not sure if Subaru West will bring the Chilli man or not.
  6. I added the OB strusts/springs to my OBS. I attached the assembly to the top first, then it easily went together at the bottom.
  7. Here ya go. http://www.discoverhoodcanal.com/accomodations.xml It's the Little Creek Casino that I was talking about. @ 6-7 miles away.
  8. When I added OB springs/struts to my imp, I had to use the OB caps in the rear cuz the springs have a bigger diameter. . .
  9. No problems with BBQs. Just no open fires during the Summer season.
  10. We had an idea. Caravans of 10 or more Subarus will be given a group discount. The entry fee at the gate for Caravans of 10 or more will be the same as the pre-registration cost: $11:00. So get to caravanin'.
  11. He's saying he's already got the struts, now needs to know what springs to use. I think your stock ones would work fine. We've put 40 k on the KYBs (GR2) in the rear of our L, I've done 10 or more Rally Xs with it, they're still fine. I'm with Jamie though, something a little stiffer might be nice, the courses tend to be kinda bumpy in spots. Like you just found that out.
  12. You should have thought to give your input a few months ago, not a week before the show.
  13. Just added a Mom and Pop and daughter Mexican food vendor. They'll make a Mexican style breakfast and tacos and burritos all Saturday. We will also have meals served in the kitchen, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Satruday. The Purple Cow is the esspresso stand. Most grandest, you'll see.
  14. I can't see you at 90 degrees in your Soob, you don't have the cajones. I've got video of me doing it. The way to keep it from dying at angles with a carb is to develope new skills. Like using your right foot to hold the brake and keep the gas on a little while your left foot holds or slips the clutch a little.
  15. It's an 85, my favorite year. (after 82 lol) 3/4 inches of lift and 27s will do me just fine. Always has, see my sig.
  16. It'll help keep sifting thru posts at a minimum. Thanks.
  17. You see those frame rails???? The botom of it, the wheel wells, door sills, body and more are 99.5% rust free. Needs a windshield and seats. Anybody have an extra set of decent Legacy seats laying around? It runs sweet. Hasn't been tabbed since 97! * Irregardless, there's lotsa miles on the ODO. I think I'll call this one "Decoy". * lol@CorkyandQman.edu
  18. There are camber adjustments in the rear just below the rear diff. The front ones are on the bottom of the struts.
  19. It'll get the usual. Lift, tires, weber. Couldn't help myself. 4 bills. Probably a keeper.
