We've put 40 k on the KYBs (GR2) in the rear of our L, I've done 10 or more Rally Xs with it, they're still fine. I'm with Jamie though, something a little stiffer might be nice, the courses tend to be kinda bumpy in spots. Like you just found that out.

I can't see you at 90 degrees in your Soob, you don't have the cajones. I've got video of me doing it. The way to keep it from dying at angles with a carb is to develope new skills. Like using your right foot to hold the brake and keep the gas on a little while your left foot holds or slips the clutch a little.

You see those frame rails???? The botom of it, the wheel wells, door sills, body and more are 99.5% rust free. Needs a windshield and seats. There are camber adjustments in the rear just below the rear diff. The front ones are on the bottom of the struts.
