  1. Get it, or I am gonna come down there and smack ya upside the head :-P
  2. 63??? This must have come from Japan, since they didnt' start importing them until ';68.. Sweetness.. There is a 360 club, I think it's http://www.subaru360.com
  3. Brian -- Catalyzed engines are tuned to run a little bit "dirty" so that the cat has something there to work with, putting one on your car would be $50 or so that you could spend on tuneup parts to make it pass without the cat. If you know someone who has an exhaust analyzer, have them analyze it, that will tell you what it might need..
  4. Yeah, I think they should make the H6 available wiht a manual, not like they don't have a manual that will handle it (WRX or STi gearbox) now, I know the SVX wasn't available with a manual cuz they didn't have a manual at the time that would handle the HP... although a twin-turbo H6 STi would ROCK....
  5. You guys just HAD to make it on V day didn't ya :-P punks......
  6. So it's been rolled, doesn't look all that bad.. Needs a lil bit of fixin up though...
  7. Call me stupid if you will, but I actually kinda picture this thing as being a stretched-out modified Outback or Forester. Look at the Nissan Pathfinder Armada.. Same basic shape as the regular pathfinder, with enough modifications to make it unique, and bigger.
  8. Wasteland Subaru -- My Uncle lives in Rifle, on either E avenue or East Avenue can't remember which lol, are you the dude that used to live in Albany, or are there two Soob nuts in Rifle... I'll be in Laramie, WY in the fall....
  9. 85 RX Interior.. I have this, in my shed :-) checkered seats, front and rear, the belts, and the dash and most of the trim :-) And if the guy refuses to sell it, maybe he'd be willing to pay you a lil bit of $$$ to fix it, so at least it won't be rotting....
  10. I need the Full report, can't find any of the "Free" links that have been posted in the past. I know it's a GL-10 Turbo :-P
  11. Anyone out there with a carfax thnger wanna run this for me? JF2AC75B4GD203119
  12. 15,000 is the accepted interval for automatic transmission service, 12-15,000.. Fluid and filter (and the best way is with a flush unit, since you don't get ALL the old fluid out with just dropping the pan.
  13. yeah Junkie, there are two sensors in that thinger, one of them feeds the gauge in the dash, and the other one feeds the computer. There are two options: One: Remove the thermo vacuum valve that is on the front side of the manifold and plumb the two lines that are connected when the car is hot together, and put the sensor there (what I did on my hatchback since that valve had broken off) two: Get some Tee fittings and make a Tee junction like this: old sensor ------------ new sensor | | | block
  14. GD, I sent you a PM earlier about this, didja get it?
  15. my 87 was getting about 20 last time I clocked it, I ran a bottle of Techron through it, helped a little, but I didn't run it through on a full tank, so I think I am going to go get another bottle of it and see if it helps, since it went up a little bit with just that half a tank, but I know it should get at least 30 on the freeway, right?
  16. Still doesn't top my free 86 GL-10 that drove home :-) Perty good for having a "fried motor"
  17. Yo Amanda, any chance you;d like, be willin to send me those Wyoming plates, that's a state I don't have :-P
  18. yeah, but wasn't it $18 for non-members at the RallyX @ WCSS3? I find it kinda odd that in two years costs have gone up THAT much but I guess things aren't getting any cheaper.
  19. I'm all for splitting the class myself, and I agree with Corky on his statement that the manager should be impartial. Methinkie it is time for me to join the SCCA.... IMHO he can now make the rules bend around him if he wants to, not saying that he would, but he has the ability to, and whether I was competing or not, this is not fair in my book.
  20. Hey Erik, I think you need to trade me one of those wagons for my 4WD sedan :-)
  21. I'm not quite sure on this, but since you mentioned the immobilizer light, maybe there is a malfunction in the immobilizer, because locking the doors would be a logical function of that component. You might try a dealer, see if they have a diagram for it.
  22. Great. Just what I wanted to hear. Durango Boy in charge of the rally crosses... I knew that was going to be the first thing that he would do was oust us from the Truck/SUV class. Maybe we should all lobby for a 5000cc adjusted displacement limit on the Truck/SUV class, like there is in Open class. I'm really starting to dislike this guy......
  23. Hey adam, if you aren't gonna need that XT6 flywheel and clutch stuff anymore, maybe trade for that automatic tranny I have? O rI'll buy if off ya one of the two, I need one for my T wagon.
