My sister lives down off Lakecity Way in Seattle, and she showed me to the coolest sign in the world. Jeff

No problem Greg. Good to see that you got that thing to "burn out" or get "tested" in the drive way. You'll have to come down and check out the sub shop and all the sub stuff we got down here. Make sure that you got your birth cetificate and all the leagal papers to get to and fro. Thanks for lunch and all the fun. A few of us are going to come back up in a couple weeks to go get wrenches and stuff I'll be sure and let you know that way you can order me french fries and gravey right. At least now we'll all be able to convoy together to the sub show. Get that thing insured and enjoy. ps Cody won't take off that Canada welding hat. he looks like a retard. Jeff

Sweet, Ya you want to get that thing lifted asap. It is night and day, after driving my lifted one and breaking it into a thousand pieces. I went back to the "fern brat" that one that I had at bobs burger, and that thing will get stuck on dry asphalt. lift everything. Jeff -

I'm not going to be able to make it either. I have to take a rotor to greg (zefy) in Canada on sunday, and if I ditch out on him again he is bound to kill me at the sub show. But we all should go up there soon cause I have heard rumors of that place getting shut down. I wanna go up there berfore that. Mudisfun If you need any parts let me know I don't know what you broke recently but I have an '84 wagon sort of parts rig Let me know if you need something. Jeff -

I'm in I'll get a couple of the others to come too. I'm going to fix the Brat tommorrow and get er done. Woody needs to fix his front bumper, Brian is good to go, Cody might be able to come too. Klug can't make it. So 3 or 4. Jeff -
Yo my buddy and I are planing to go up to maple falls pretty soon, If you want to go wheeling up there with us drop a line or if you want to go wheeling at all let us know and we're bound to go. Jeff

Thats was the worst part for me too. I had to replace the struts a while back and had to grid every thing all overe again to get it all back together. It sucked Jeff

The Skagit county sherriff keeps telling me that I need some of those. Jeff

I have 15x10s on my brat with 30x9.50x15s and a four inch lift, and they still rub like a mother. I even hammered back the fender and everything, to the point where the doors don't close right. Jeff

Get ready I have 3 cars my self for it this year. I missed last year to that dang karaoke comp. that I lost in the first round but I will be there. Looks like a real nice and good place to have it good work. Jeff -
The body is in good shape, someone on acid painted it thoe, but it is straight. I guess it needs a CV axle and some other stuff, but Its nothing I don't have just laying around. I'll get a pic up as soon as I can of the new brat and the other blue 78 brat I'm putting a motor in. This will make the 7th or 8th Brat I've had. wow Jeff
-
Well i think it could be hard to get them all over there but I know the lifted one is coming for sure if I go, and the XT6. I give the rest of them to my dad. He'll love that, he already wants all the others out as it is. Jeff
-
It's straight as an aarow but I just talked to the guy and sealed the deal. I just got It for four hundred bones. Sweet that your car is up this way now, are you going to go down to evens creek with your other one or is it still needing to be put back together? Jeff

I'll talk with all the boys and see what they are up to do. My Brat is still kinda out, but i'll get it going. Qman I got your pm I'll probably go and wheel for a while but we had a little bad shot of that place the last time we all went down there. We ended up leaving the hatchbrat at bobs house in wilkison and the teal wagon had a "gas gauge" problem. but count me in I'll be there one way or another. Jeff -
I used a 4" block 4"x2" and bolted from the bottom and to the top (frame). 2 bolts and 2 nuts for everyone block. Jeff
-
You think I should weld the blocks on to the "frame rail" Or would that kinda stupid. Jeff
-
Thats the weird thing I have no rust on my brat. Its like torn open like a can.I'll have to get some pics, but the front under side of my car is toast. Plus my lift is homemade and I was the cheif engineer in the whole deal that could have something to do with it:grin: Jeff

I don't know how I did this, but I was out 4wheeling, and I did this kind of a bump up thing in a set of some ruts while I was wheeling last week. I didn't think much of it till the next time I tried to go up another hill, and it felt like the whole front end was falling off and made these terrible sounds, but I couldn't stop where I was so I kept going to the end of the trail. By the time I had got to the end of that run I had torn out 2 of the lift blocks on the passengers side, busted the tranny mounts, broke the tranny cross member in the middle, 1 maybe 2 cv axles, passenger side strut, and motor mounts. The only thing I can figure is the lift blocks must have gotten lose and had a little bit of room to move. After taking a good hit on that side it just ripped them out of the frame (1 " hole where the 17mm bolt used to go) and the under carriage parts. My question is has anyone else ever had any thing like this happen to them, And should I weld the blocks in the front. Jeff

I'm in. I'll get some of the other boys to come too (with an extra can of gas). most likely 3 or 4 of us. Jeff -
It's right by almac towing right off reservation road. Do remember this guy has some funny hours. This place is like 10 miles away from my house. He has some cool old school brats that he wont sell but he's got a lot of stuff. Jeff
