Made it home in a few pieces, David Pat my wife and I all made it back up to Skagit Co. I had a ton of fun, I was good to see some old friends and make a few new ones!!! Ken, Zap and Rob, Sorry I didn't get to BS with you guys much but it was cool you guys made it, I got a few pics Ill up load them here in a few Im sort of Tired and want to shower, Been since Friday since I had one......................... Robert came over from id hes here now and we are swapping an ej18 of mine in his hatch almost there just needs the clutch and intake slapped on and it should fire...... i hope

79 Brat with an EA81 transplant in it

fuel is pumping out not sure if its enough pressure though.............................. Jeff -
Does anyone know if the stock EA71 fuel pump is strong enough to pump to an EA81? Ive never had one but on my Brat only had one problem wiht hitting the exaust didnt have a spotter and went through all the hard stuff just to hit a damn rock at the bottom on the flat, I pretty much know where the bottom of my car is and what I can get away with............ is a skid plate a good Idea ya, but its not a big deal................ more weight in my case..lol Jeff

Wherever we go people need to be adequately prepared not just their cars but shelter and food too. ya we had one guy that had a car and that was it a few years back, bring your own food unless you wish to share or what ever....extra parts too..... and dress warm!!! Jeff
