Ya that was the toyota. He had 31's on it and was more or less stock, he got pulled quite a few times. The subaru's performed a little better than his but he was pretty much stock. Jeff

Looks good, its good to see guys taking care of the old one's. I kick myself for wasting so many EA71 brat's. I wished I would have taken care of a few like your doing to this one. BTW I'm heading back down to get that ashtray today I'll send all that stuff out on monday or later this afternoon. Jeff -

Where is this in Stanwood? I lived in Conway, my whole life and I can't think of where they could or would do this at. Jeff -
hey you oregon and washington guys....
one eye replied to RdNkBrt's topic in Historic Subaru Forum: 50's thru 70's
But being that it's 2wd won't you have to drill all the holes or at least thread all the holes for the rear diff area? Jeff -
Also SJR lifts might be one person to look into. Scott has very good knowledge on all sorts of Subaru's and he makes a fine lift! BTW he is "Scott in bellingham" here on the board. http://sjrlift.com/ Jeff
-
None taken at all. Just as long as you get it lifted up in the air!! Jeff
-
The threads of the the strut stick up with the 2 14mm pinch bolts and the top part is a 12mm bolt that goes from the block all the way through the original mounting bracket with the original washer, and a lock washer with a nut. Jeff
