New Project Lifted Gen 2 Wagon W/ SJR lift kit
So while the USMB was down, it gave me time to go out and get more Subaru's I got an 84 Wagon and an 87 DL Wagon. Uncoolperson (Andy) hooked me up with an SJR lift he had kickin around, So I figured I would toss it on the 84 wagon. This is what it looked like the day I pulled it home Yesterday I got a wild hair to put that lift on, here is what I got now, It's only the rear but its a start. I hope by Sunday to have it wrapped up but For an hour and a half of work that's a good start.....I think.... Jeff

I'm not sure who is coming from out of town yet. you are the only one I know of so far. It would be cool to have a few guys show up that have not had the experience to meet the walker terrain. I just asked Tami and she said she would come along too!! Jeff

Before Now after Walker Valley you cant see it to well in these shots but the drivers side rear door is pushed in pretty good, I also hammered it back a little on the edge to keep form getting caught as I walk past it in the shop. Also somehow after crunching it in to the trees and stuff the rear doors both open now. Just goes to show you if you do things your car likes it will reward you. Jeff

My Maroon one was scraped and dented a little, but now it is looking a bit hammered. That's OK though, That's what I bought it for. Jeff

I know that while we where wheeling up there the last time at Walker ever time you stood on it to get going I could smell it. It smelled kinda rich. But I don't know for sure. It's kind of a mystery. Jeff

Scott (Scott in Bellingham), Rob (r_kirky)and I, Would like to see if we can't get another Crew up to Walker for another run. The last one was A blast, So we figured why not do it again! The date is up for grabs, since I've heard a couple of guys are not able to make the 20th, So what ever day comes up it will work for me. I hope to have a few guys come up from out of town and see what it is all about up there. Should be fun. Come along if you want!! Jeff

Evolution of a Subaru (pics included)
I agree with you rob, not puttin in a couple of axles after a run, feels good. Now days after a wheelin trip we just got to hammer the doors back straight. I'm Glad to see that you got out there and had a full day of wheeling in. If you ever need anything, let me know!! Jeff

Scott, Rob and I talked it over and we are going to try and have wheeling trips around the 20ths or so of every months, that way everone will kidna get the idea that we will always have something going around then. PS Just to give you a bit of heads up there is a bit of body damage involved with the wheeling trips, I don't think anyone left without smashing in a door or all my doors, front bumper, rear bumper, fenders and hood. My hatch even got damage, (Scott??? :-p ) but I though I would let you know it does get a little hairy Jeff
