on ebay there selling some ej20tt for like 1000$ that would be so fun in a hatch. with no windown or interior, stript to thebone.. Some serious Speed.... ej25tt is a monster too:burnout: hell yeah

for sure. I like the ea71, but there so hard to find.. Im going to stick to the ea81.. I might buy the borla muffler and throw it on mine.. Order from jegs, they have a pretty good selection for performance mufflers

Yeah my buddy's ea71 has a deeper sound.. he hasnt put a weber on it yet, the only carb mod he did, was mess with the secondary so it opens at about 1/4 throttle. And with the cherrybomb it sounds pretty deep like some good power.. and Theres no emissions

Those are some pretty huge turbos. Usally one turbo is small and opne is a bit bigger. but wow thiose two are pretty damn big

My buddy just got a brat awhile back. That looks like it sat in the salt water for a year. Really rusty. even on the frame, and the pass door seems liks its going to fall off lol

Yeah synthetic for sure for ever. Its expensive. So its not good to use if you have a good sized leak Youll be spending an arm and a leg on oil

Yeah I can but the problem is. there in the junkyard for a reason. Bad motor? And most have a $***load of miles on them.. Im trying to find good l;ow mile engine, that will be good for a while.. Plus putting a weber on an old motor is how I messed up mine. I fryed the rings and stuff

So far I have found 3 ea81's One right there in portland. 63k they want 495 thats no to bad it is a ea81t .. 1 in virginia with 93k they want 800 with shipping. and one more in in colorado they want 895 with a core. Im doomed... Jerry can you give me a link to these websites that you said? Thanks man

Im franticaly searching all import engines in the us trying to find a ea81 with low miles. they all carry ea82 long blocks. They all have been averaging like 900 to 2000 without the cost of shipping.... This sucks looks like im never gonna drive my soob again:-\

Im pretty sure it goes under. But Ive never messed with a clutch cable before, But really it should go underneath cuz its right behind the pedal.. Im going to say under, but Id wait till a more fimiliar subaru guy tells ya.

Hahahaah I drove an old toyota corona without a clutch. I was trying to find the right rpm,it was like 4 1/2 or 5000 rpm and then it would go in pretty smoothly, but 60 percent of the time. It was grinding

First off, Try to find why your burning up cables. Are theybreaking? Ive never broke or went through a clutch cable in my life.?
