  1. Thank You so much... I will keep searchin´ about. Any more info, pics, etc... Will be Welcome! if there´s any progress, I´ll post it Here...
  2. I´ll Love to Have a Golden Subaru Logo in my Yellow Wagon!
  3. Maybe it is a "Reverse Question" for this Forum, but I didn´t find any other place for it: Is it Possible to Use a VW Diesel (Maybe Wanagon) Engine, to Power a Loyale? I heard that in Guatemala, Someone did that, but I want to Know more about that, and I didn´t find any Info ´bout on the Web... Maybe someone could post here More about that... I just Found a pic of a VW Beetle (Gasoline) Powered Leone... That is Because a Friend of Mine, has the Idea to Buy a Dead Engine Loyale, and convert it to a Diesel (Here, we have Bio-Diesel, it is almost Half Cheap than Gasoline) and he want my Help on that Quest... :-\ Any Idea will be Welcome! Thank you all...
  4. Well... It is Just a Suggestion: Why don´t you do a short version of the most important issues with Subies, and Upload ´em just to make ´em Downloadable for anyone with problems to fix a particular issue? Well, I think that will be Great if we can Download a Video that can help with the Idea of How To Fix a Thing... You Know... but Buy it... well... Anyway, Good Luck! and if you Make that DVD, maybe I´ll Buy it, Always is Interestin´ that Stuff... (it will Depend on the Price and the Troubles with gettin it to my Country... etc ) But it is a Very Nice Idea... Good Luck!
  5. Maybe it is a Dumb Question, but What is the Meaning of ROTFLMHO?
  6. I Agree... but I am not completely sure about what kind of "Manual Choke" you are talkin´ about... but I just wanna Add that maybe you have just a bad Electrical Connnection, and it leaves the butterfly half open; or maybe the Choke Coil itself is damaged, or not properly working... in case of Electrical Choke with manual switch; but if it is only "manual" (Means Mechanical), check for the butterfly´s opening, it should be enough fully open when engine is at normal operatin´ temps; if not, just adjust it. Good Luck!
  7. Yes... I just wanna add this: If you change the Timin´ Belts, so I suggest Strongly to Change the Ball Bearin´ on the Tensor Pulley of the Largest Belt. Good Luck!
  8. Excuse Me for this (Maybe) Dumb Question: What is an STDs? in this case I´m not sure if that is a Model or somethin´ else, remember: My Mother Tongue is not English...
  9. Long time ago, I had similar sound on my EA82 Wagon, it was the Ball Bearin´ of the Timin´ Belt Tensor... then it did stop... and it broke the Belt. I suggest to check it. Other posibility is at the Clutch Bearin´ ... Check if when you press the clutch pedal at Idle, the sound goes... it happens sometimes, (or your subie is Automatic?) Good Luck!
  10. Yes, Blue and yellow looks good... but I do preffer a Shiny Metallic Silver (Like Chrome), for a more "Elegant" Look or a Psicodellic Light Orange... ...For a Modern Look!!!
  11. Hi! I Like your video too much... May I Ask you if there´s a Chance to Download it? I´ll love to keep a copy of it on my Subie´s Stuff!!! Nice Job!
  12. Nice Job! I like it I still got factory lights on both my subies, but I "Capeted" the Roofs too... Is Good Idea.
  13. I Agree, but I just wanna Add this: if the Area is very rusted, is better idea to take out the part (if can be Done) and treat the back of the Damaged -Rusty- Part. Good Luck! , Pics Please
  14. I suggest this: Check the Positive Ventilation Valve (P.C.V.) Check the tiny (5/8º) hose, that comes from the Water Pump to the Heather, (The 12" Long one, that just make the turn, just over the water pump, and goes to a metallic pipe under the Intake, but not to the intake, just to the Heather) I think this could be the problem. Check all the Hoses... there are tiny hoses that goes with hot water/coolant, to the intake, check for worn ones / worn / loose bracklets. Good Luck!
  15. I think it is rust on the contacts, but also it is caused by a weak relay, let me explain: in Loyales, under the passengers seat floor (Near the belt´s base) -under the carpet- lies the main power windows relay. I changed ALL the relays from both my wagons to "BOSCH" brand ones, along with the plugs, it increases the performance of all systems (like A/C, Etc...), and in power windows it helps with the loose of power that dirty contacts cause. So, I suggest to clean contacts in all switches, (or change ´em with anothers that can be found at junk yard) and change the weak relay. Good Luck!!!
