My plan is to Complete the LED bulbs' Retrofitting, on the Switches that has T3 bulbs. On the EA82 \ Third gen Leone / Loyale, the Power Mirrors' Switch, the Rear Gate Lock's Switch, the Rear Wiper's Switch, the Cruise Control Button on the Upper Dash, the Height Control Button, the Fog Lights' Button, etc... has a T3 incandescent bulb built-in, which Soon I'll be swapping with LEDs T3 "Neo-Wedge" and, as I pointed in Previous posts, those T3 LEDs can be used on the instrument cluster's Centerpiece, instead the incandescent Bulbs. Kind Regards.

Also, along those LEDs, I received some T3 "Neo-Wedge" LEDs with built-in Resistor: I placed one of those, next to a couple of Honduran coins, to give the size's idea. Those were Purchased here: ~► http://www.ebay.com/itm/10x-White-Neo-Wedge-1-SMD-1210-LED-Car-Bulbs-T3-HVAC-Climate-Control-Lights-N001-/311210929800

Continuing with the LED lights' Subject, Long years ago, I swapped the Front corner lights on my "BumbleBeast" From incandescent 1156 Bulbs, to "Super Bright" leds, with 28 led tips on each one ... ...as you can see in this old post: Now, despite that those 28 Led's 1156 bulbs are still in good working order; I wanted to send 'em to the Reverse Lights' lamps, and upgrade the Fronts with This:

Yes I completely understand. But what I meant, was that you can Remove the T3 LED Bulbs that already comes with built-in protective resistor, from their "Neo-Wedge" rubber base, by unwrapping their twisted legs, and then wrap those legs again, onto the Subaru's centerpiece Rubber bases: Voilá! Perfect Fitting. Kind Regards.

EA81 Dyno Tune results
Loyale 2.7 Turbo replied to tweety's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
One word: Awesome! Yes, at ~ 9.48 Compression ratio, that EA81 must be in the Neighbourhood of 100 Hp at the Flywheel, and I Agree with you, many people spend their money in Expensive cruisers that doesnt payback a single drop of Fun. Thank you for sharing this information and Photos. Kind Regards. -
Maybe those "Rubber mounts that has small lamps stuffed into them" could be swapped with T3 "Neo Wedge" LEDs. Some of the Dashboard's Buttons, such like the Power Mirrors, Rear Gate and Rear Wiper, comes with T3 incandescent bulbs, inside the switches. (not all models featured background illumination on the Buttons) Also some of the Upper dash buttons, such like Height Control, Cruise Control, etc, comes with a T3 stuffed inside the Button's structure, so they could Lit whenever the button is Pressed, despite if the Background illumination, (provided by a lateral, independent T-5 bulb), is on or off. Kind Regards.

Yes, I agree with you, however, since those wheels are made of Aluminium, the Rattle can will need a primer suitable for aluminium, and that will raise the cost, also such primer is not easy to find locally, in the form of a Rattle Can, because I've never seen such a thing locally, so far... By "2-pack" paints, you refer to the Primer + Paint, isn't it? Yep, those are Easy to find in local Aftermarket parts' stores and Hardware Stores, such like Doit Center, or MegaLarach, but I've never seen a Primer for Aluminium on a Rattle Can, yet... maybe I better gonna search and Ask them. Kind Regards.
