Exhaust options 00 Outback wag
I am trying to upgrade the exhuast on my outback. I have been known to make some pretty cool exhaust systems including full headerback systems for other subies for years but for this car it will be easier and cheaper just to buy pre-made stuff. I found a couple obx products kicking around ebay but not totally sure they will fit the outback wag. The links are listed below. I want a new set of headers, not just a new y-pipe. I want a highflow cat set and a nice but not over the top cat-back. Its a daily driver not a race car so I like a little noise but not overwhelming at 80mph. Any tips? New fuel pump, but still won't start
TomsSVX replied to DavieGravy's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXThere is a fuel pump relay under the dash by the ecm. There is also a fuel pump resistor under the rear deck lid... need to see where power is lost Tom

Converting 3.54 SVX lsd to 3.9 or 4.11?
you don't... It is 11. It is the only suby pinion to use 11 teeth. Tom

Converting 3.54 SVX lsd to 3.9 or 4.11?
Cannot remember if I used the XT6 cage or not. I thought it was too easy as well... Hasn't had any problems in past year (almost a year) it has been done. Worked out well. If you need the SVX inner CV cups let me know Tom

Converting 3.54 SVX lsd to 3.9 or 4.11?
I have done it. I used a VLSD in a 4.44 XT6 swap. I will try to dig up the thread from the xt6 board. Tom

No more ice please:rolleyes: I had a fun time... Yea I sunk my 215k mile forester... BUT it still runs fine. Stripped the interior out already and drove it home from the shop tonight... Might be able to get some more work done tomorrow... So far it looks like just the ECU kicked the can... We will see. Tom
