  1. i discovered today that ej pilot pearings are the same as toyota 22r...if that helps
  2. 225 65 16 on forester steelies they really are not at that much of an angle in reality its only a few degrees over outback struts alone
  3. i assure you that in no way is my car strictly pavement, i wheel it,have you ever been to montana-? the highway isnt paved here i work it, its seen 4 foot snow, ect. the car still has all usable wheel travel. im not denying that the lift doesnt stress the axles, what I am saying is that with neary 20k miles on QUALITY axles, off road, snow, everything, they dont so much as show a sign of wear- take that for what its worth also-i have 60 kits or so sold and installed, no complaints , no issues, no problem. surley i havent stumbled on 60 flukes
  4. yes, i offer lifts for that, i offer 1 inch, but have had many stack them with great results

  5. yes, exactly, not so much as a peep out of my axles, and recently ive started to wheel it pretty often
  6. i have outback struts and spacers that i make and sell (1 inch) the axles in front are at a little more angle, but after 15k miles, no issues, im using new EMPI axles i installed at the time of the lift. no alignment issues at all, it was all returnable with the factory excentrics. i am not using body blocks at all, and ground clearance is amazing! i sell my kit for 175.00, with all hardware and instructions
  7. giggity- btw- wilwood makes mini master cylenders that might help you

  11. i mean no disprespect, we all kmow the short comings of the ea82t, but i have had comprable success with a vf11, intercooler, and large radiator, it wasnt super fast, but it was fun, and reliable
  12. i did this last friday, i replaced that wit a 89-94 legacy piece that is servicable, as well as replaced all the bushings, it was cheap and easy......
  13. i may have missed this- but did you come up with a price bill? i will need one soon a well, and did we figure out a shifter relocate?
  14. ....and the people that say this dont pay attention to the obvious warnings- if you keep an ea cool, and dont overboost it, they are great, efficiant motors, is an ej22 better- yep- but some of us work with what we got. be nice to it and dont allow an over heat and youll be fine
  15. ive done it about 4-6 times, all times it was a great idea, i had an intercooler (wrx or saab) to help, but otherwise, just make sure that you are not supplying more boost then the ea can handle, and you golder, BTW, it bolts in
  16. I agree, june of 96 or older, but thw 154 was offered as far back as 87
  17. no, you will find a 2wd r150 in v6 equiped t-100 trucks , tacomas, 4runners, and pickups. also- if you happen to find an r154 in a supra, get it
  18. sure is, and thy are saught after!for many other applications. also for those you dont know, the r150, is the same as a 151, with a different bell house, t case, and gearing
  19. i have personally mated an r150 to 430 horse, no issue, the r151 is used in toyota trophy baja trucks. check out marlincrawler.com for bullit proof toyota trans
  20. you can add 4.56 to any 8 inch third member, i would suggest looking for factory toyota 4.56 gears (i have them in my 4runner) look at 90-03 3.4 v6 auto with the "high rise" or 265 tire option, most came with 4.56 and lockers, pre installed check out "car-part.com" there is a set of 4.56 thirds in kittitas wa.....
  21. as a toyota builder, i would suggest 4.56 for 33s, 4.88 for larger, or towing
