  2. They kicked me out for coming to meetings on boost: (
  3. I bought my first one 17 years ago. I have a sickness..... Help me
  4. picked up my new ride, shes the 156th subie ive owned. 2007 outback xt limited with SI drive has a fully built STI engine, big turbo just installed 1000cc injectors and a giant intercooler, had her tuned, she puts 378hp to the tires quite a lot of fun, very comfy. love it i bought in pdx oregon and drove it to the bay area california, got 30mpg the whole way lol gotta love a subie
  5. ive seen pristine bbs wheels and tires fetch 2k, wheels alone 1k ebay or craigslist is suitable here. also- USMG is geared towards older cars, not that we dont appreciate yours, but you will get a more target rich environment if you look at forums such as nasioc, etc i would guess based on a quick search your decklid is worth about 3-500
  6. early 2000s outbacks, i own a few with that exact package 444 is automatic only
  7. goldie the legacy just rolled over 412k, and recently got her best tank ever at 37.8 mpg we were hyper mileing across nevada, behind a big rig, drafting lol
  8. um...no...you need to find another "expert" i just did EXACTLY, what your asking about, in a day, no swapping manifolds, getting 27mpg right now
  9. hes retarded. they are the same motors. a sohc naturally aspirated 2.5 is the same as every other sohc n/a 2.5(as long as pzev isnt an issue) some have egr, some dont thats an easy swap good luck have fun man
  10. id like to purchase a bell house as well as a list for proper clutch/throw out time to put dual cases in my 91 legacy ;D
  11. Nope, shocks carry not one pound . They are there to dampen the recoil of a spring , that's it. You can get struts with taller and shorter mounting points for the springs, that will lift or lower a car. Bottom line is, if it's sagging with correct height shocks, the springs have failed
  12. the shocks do not actually support any weight. their failure or poor performance has nothing to do with rid height or bottoming out your springs have either sagged aggressively or you have some other mechanical failure or bend in the rear suspension
  13. yes, it will fit, grab the peddle box, linkages, crossmembers, flywheel and clutch, as well as the rear drive line, and the diff just for giggles.
  14. im an experienced Subaru tech, been in the business 15 years. i hate to admit this, but i personally have done exactly that damage, with hand tools. it is a result of an over torque. the mechanic should step up, as i did, to remedy it. Subaru should also build thicker castings in known weak areas, but that's besides the point also- something to consider, a competent aluminum welder can weld on a new bung, in that area, for a few bucks and save you the 8500 estimate
  15. Thanks , I'm already back home in Montana , so these are all the pics I have
  16. i could email you some, i dont know how to make em bigger
