  1. i took an ej neutral switch and put it under the seat out of harms way. if needed you can put a toggle switch on it, or wire it to ignition on position
  2. ive never noticed a significant difference in forester struts and springs compared to outback. ive done dozens of combos...all are within 1/2 in height as for the fronts, ive used the h6 springs and noticed an extra inch
  3. Looks like every other red loyale on the planet
  4. Ya, I have it to him almost a year ago. I would guess around 630 now
  5. It's long gone buddy , got it free and gave it to my nephew. He's using it as a hunting and fishing rig hahaha

  7. We have a scan gauge 2 on the car. It's not showing anything weird. We plan on trying a map sensor soon
  8. can you machine? ive seen people turn the fat four into 5x100 legacy pattern. im sure there is a write up somewhere. i think jezeck in latin america did it
  9. you want springs for a baja, they are a little stiffer, and will lift an outback about an inch. have fun
  10. it depends on the car. i bought a 1991 legacy years ago, with 340, i still drive it every day, with over 400 on it. best damn car ive ever owned
  11. ok- so im not a noob, been working on subarus professionally for 16 years- but sometimes a problem needs other ears and eyes a friend has a 2002 outback with a sohc 2.5 and 5 speed it has about 20k on a complete rebuild, bearings the works, 200 on the car when i rebuilt it i installed a mild set of delta cams, a header, thats it thing runs like a scalded dog but- he has a 700 mile commute, sets the cruise at 70-75 and it will randomly try and accelerate, and slow down, without driver input. it does it with and without the cruise on when he reduces speed to 60-65 it will not do it as often, maybe once in 200 miles randomly it will stutter and hesitate, occasionally it throws a random misfire, nothing consistent, and randomly it will throw a po172 i have checked for vacuum leaks- none. i replaced the oem fuel pump last week and he noted an improvement everywhere, but problems occurred three times in 700 miles he noticed it happens more often at half tank and below, as opposed to full tank help please and thank you
  12. hey there, im in the bitterroot, and service subarus for a living. let me know if you need help with parts or anything else
