I Know its been done some time during the boards history but I want to know how hard it would be to put fuel injection off of a 87 Gl 2wd wagon to a 86 dual range carb. wagon and how long it would take
i have a 86 dual range wagon ea82 has set for aproximatly five years, and has white smoke coming from the tail pipe please help. Has had a head job before it was parked.
only if i had the money maybe i would take the torch apart would try to rig one ot my wagons fuel system think of it pulling up ot a gas sation and buying a gallon of water. think of the look you would get pouring that in your tank
any help with the wiring will be appecited all i need is to get fire i'll manage the rest but like said i run a hot wire to the + side of the coil and still no fire i have a good coil and a transter distributor yellow wire to the + side and the black one to the - side

i swaped a motor in my 84 turbo wagon due to the fact of feul injection problems i was chagning it over to a reguler ea81 but i can't seem to get the motor to have fire with reguler distributor i've even ran a wire form the battery to the+ side of the coil i thougth that would make any thing fire but in this case this must not be true by the cumputer is fried so, i can't use the turbo distrubutor
ok the wagon has a push button 4 wheel drive auto
how diffcult would it be i've change over 4 speed d\r's to 5s before on my brat and hatch so what will i have to change i know the bell housings crossmebers driveshaft axles what esle:confused:
