What's your wrenching experience?
Subafreak replied to mcbrat's topic in Meet n' Greet. Your USMB Welcome Center
Type of wrenching: Subaru certified in watching slide shows and takeing apart new things and putting them back together in a class room environment. Never renewed my ASE,s yet because they want way to much money to prove I know how to take a test. General voodoo and black magic repairs of anything with wheels on it...and some things with out. What: Prefer Subaru but will fix anything if they make it worth my time. How long: Since birth, I was thrown into a flaming pit of internal combustion engines. Sometime you just gotta hold that ol impact in your hands and will become clear to you like it did for me the first time. S**t man, I'm just a natural born technician. -
Any idea what they fit?

Damn you are ambitious! By cheap I assume you mean you found it and dragged it home? Well at least it does look minimally rusted.

You thinking that console is for a second gen? I originally thought that but its been so long since I've had a gen2 or 3 I can't remember what they look like. I figure that is a cargo area carpet but it could be for a wagon or sedan, and what gen? -

This has got to be XT or XT6 Gen 2 or loyale? -
Some more NOS goodness but I need some help to positively identify. This I'm thinking first gen external regulated. This could be first or second gen.

No, he sent me a bunch of better pics. Its original faded green paint. One fender was starting to rust out on top like they always do and it had some rust around one of the rear wheel wells, over all it looks to be it great shape. A definite saver! -
