  1. Lol. Brakes are usually one of thoes things you wanna check before you start rolling!
  2. Damn Bill! Did you have any idea this B.H. would be so popular when you first got started on it?
  3. Hmm. The 2wd trucks were not so popular around here, and if they were 2wd they usually had a 4cyl in them. Well gonna have to check the junk yard.
  4. So sounds like a 2wd r150 is what I should be looking for. What exactly would I find one in? Most 22re powered stuff?
  5. Wow! Wtf mate!? Here I am trying to figure out how to mate a rwd tranny to an EJ and you've already done it! So question for you sir. For a rwd tranny that could support say 400 HP and shifts smooth and quick. What one of these toy trannies is my best choice for your adaptor? Im not familiar with the caracteristics of the toy trannys. Oh and by the way........you are the MAN!
  6. Good greif. This reminds me of when I put the 1600 into my 74, with the 1400 tranny. So many little differences that were unexpected.
  7. Is the flywheel bolted to the crank in that picture? Isn't the pilot bearing in the flywheel and that's what the main shaft goes into? I know it does on the ej,s. Memory is a little fuzzy on the ea,s right now.
  8. Heh. I'm hoping mine will be on the road by next summer, so you got some time to catch up.
  9. Lol. It's more of an orange and black....well it will be once I get it painted. And no you can't have it! Unless you wanna trade the FF-1 when it's done.
  10. An everything killer! Sweet Paul! Bring the wagon! As for spare parts.......I gotta get it done first to find out what's gonna be spare parts. But I believe I can spare one of thoes consoles.
  11. It's in good enough shape to save, bad enough shape that what I'm gonna cut out of it needs cutting out anyway. Planes arnt all figures out yet, but will involve some type of ej power and rwd. Now that I can post pics again i will keep you guys involved.
  12. Oh this one will be getting revived alright! Hehehe. Yeah this was one of Dannys and also Pauls former coupe. It's a bit rough around the edges but perfect for what I got planned for it.
  13. I second that! Amazing job on the wheels! How did you get them to polish up so good?
  14. Woot! That's like 10 grand in parts alone! Some very nice parts! One things for sure, it ain't gonna break. Good luck with the build man.
  15. Seems like a complex set up for the vintage of the car. Im pretty sure on my 74 it just has one hose that comes out of the top of the tank and runs into the air cleaner housing to draw the fumes in. I don't think there is any canisters or anything.
  16. Ah that picture reminds me. In the ff1 manuale i have it says the wagon only used that rear end set up, and that the sedans used one almost exactly like the gen 1's. Any insite on that?
  17. Ah i get it now! That is insane! Now did you weld the front diff so it,s locked in 4wd all the time? Dont have t worry about passengers i guess. lol.
  18. Woah! Your approaching this like a real live fabricater! As apposed to my eyeball it weld it up, hope it fits method. lol. Sweet work so far!
  19. Well ive put about 2,000 miles on it now, using it as my daily driver and no problems other than a good thirst for oil (about a quart every three days). Still working on the pics. Try this. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=297461&l=278a93767b&id=100000651904849 Thats a pic from when it was almost done. Sorry for the linky but my phone is my only camera and my computer is about dead, and the only thing i seem to be able to load photos to from my phone is facebook. Partially becouse my phone suck and also becouse im technology inept. I will just post some new pics to my facebook soon. : /
  20. That is some crazy innovation! You gotta post some more pics so i can wrap my head around it. I'm guessing street drivability is of no importance? lol. Cant wait to see some video of this thing crawling!
  21. Am i just really tired or is your engine in the passengers seat?
