    as of yet I still haven driven this thing yet.Although from stock height you only have 1.5" of downtravel anyway...err actually if I jack the front of my car up I think I can go up about an inch and a half then tires lift off the ground...But what is a longer strut that bolts in place?

    it is suspension lift.and yes I have like no downtravel...

    are you gonna connect all of the blocks together?those round tubes seem like if they start twisting it will rip through the body.

    What about a supercharger that has a ac compressor clutch on it?Then you could drive around and get something like decent mpg.But then the flick of a switch and you have power for mudding,passing people,etc... However though even if I had something like that I probally would just leave it on...

    I checked the engine weight of a tempo verse the 2.2L subaru.it seem the tempo engine can be 307lbs to 419 lbs.So if thats the case you have 39-148lbs to play with as far as adding more weight to to the front end.most likley 148 because 307 is probally stripped...

    have you checked the timing on the motor?something might have shifted when you put it in.

    put an ej22 in.he will never know the difference...(I mean Ej22 non turbo)...

    gee,and here I am gonna try to put 28" tsl's on my wagon with only about 1.5-2" of lift...I dont care about the fenders they are rusted anyway...(my car lived in sandpoint idaho for a time of its life...)

    in lewiston my wagon is the only one with a lift and an ej22.READ:no other subaru's have lifts or EJ swaps.all of them are stock,except this one white XT with chrome rims and a sweet sounding exhaust...

    all this assuming the axles haven't welded themselves to the diff stubs...

    I read some of those things and I can't follow any of it.I even tried being stoned out of my mind.I still failed,then got bored and got something to eat.

    I have 195/60/15 on my wagon(its an 87) the tires fit with out any lift.I dont see the 65 being much of a problem.Course now my wagon sits at least a solid inch and a half taller than a stock subaru with 195/60/15 tires..Im probally about 2.5" taller than a stock subaru wagon...

    I got mine from an 89.I dont think it makes a difference though.
