Right now is just like X-mas.Earlier today I finally broke down and ordered an adapter for the weber from weber redline.there shiping map says the part should be here tomarrow(1 day).I want ti here now.I want to install it right now!I want my subi to run right now. Then I have to pull the tranny before I can go offroading:mad: on the other hand becuase I cant really measure right on monday the high school machine shop will make a jig that will make it super easy to get perfect holes on all four of my chrome shiny 15X7 chebby wheels with 195/60/15 beefy snow tires.I know I dont need a lift to offroad but better traction must help.

where do you get the pavement sucks sticker?
-
it is a nice pic, most people I know don't park there running cars on there lawn.
-
someone cant park.
-
ok I'll just save up some moneys and go with a 3/3 byb lift..or atleast buy the strut extensions somewhere and make the kit myself using info on subarubrat's website.
-
would a 3" lift be better? Will there be less work to make it turn?

ideas for color of fenders...
Uberoo replied to starkiller's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
a can of spray paint costs $3 depending on your area, just mask of everything near fenders and see what color you like or try MSpaint or something to get the general view of your idea. -

what? please rephrase. -
try not to wiggle the vacuum lines much.On my 84 brat I broke some expensive plastic items that way.So I bought a weber(less than the price of said expensive plastic item) still need to find/make an adapter then my subi will run again...
-
is there enough beef to mill the intake manifold so you can fit a weber without running an adaper?Doing it this way would get rid of the small opening on the intake to get the best of the weber..Is the manifold strong enough to be drilled and taped? EA81 intake

I knew subes were good - but this is crazy!

after breaking a $100 plastic piece of BS for the hitachi to run I went to the JK and picked up a 32/36 weber with electric choke..looks like I'll lose quite a bit of vacuum hoses:banana: then I looked at it and realised exactly how much bigger its mounting surface is compared to the hitachi Im gonna be making an adapter my question is what is a good height for adapter to be?Id rather not cut the hood to make it fit when Im gonna run a snorkel to the roof.
-
How much cutting/bashing would I have to do to fit 27X9.5X15 on 15X7 chevy wheels with 4 3/4" backspacing on a stock 84 brat? The rear shouldnt be alot but the front is different-it has the fenderwell.
