  1. No problem EJ:D I didn't get any photos back behind the drag strip, I remember someone back there with a camera, but I never saw any shots posted... Did you get the new diff for your hatch yet?
  2. As far as the logo as it appears on the USMB. That was created by Brian (SubaruJunkie) as a morphing of various styles of the " Stars" that Subaru has used over the years. I know at one time there were more lines used to connect more of the stars, and now there are no lines. Also, the positions of some of the stars have changed over the years. Brian did a great job of pulling the different generations together, by combining the various logos. 3. Last time I was at Harry's (4-5 weeks) there were about 3-4 5 spd/DR's up there.
  4. send them over Boz. if you don't still have it, hocrest@earthlink.net
  5. Ruppster, I edited the list. Glad to hear you beat the WRX. I was leading the one almost to the 1/8 mile, then he got his traction and his turbo going...
  6. The Semi-Official Non Imprezza "Wet" List GravelRX - RX (Up from Bent Mountain, VA) Benebob - SVX Dennis EX24 - XT 4T Stupidru - EA81 Turbo Wagon Akira - Brat Cole98 - Last Minute appearance Me - Legacy Ruppster - Legacy GT Unknown Legacy Turbo (Won both of his races that I saw) The races were all unofficial. The guys from the raceway were fairly impressed seeing all these idiots drag racing in the rain. They invited us all back in a couple of months to race in the snow. If I recall correctly Dennis would be the winner from our list. Beating both Ben, who was spinning all his wheels off the line, and Jay, by half a front quarter panel. I got to race a couple of WRX's, guess who one.
  7. Accuweather by the hour forecast. http://wwwa.accuweather.com/adcbin/public/hbh_local.asp?zipcode=&partner=accuweather&whent=6&whend=2
  8. Another benefit is that now in Pennsylvania you can be fined for not having your headlights on in a construction zone. And since half of PA is under construction it is much better to just leave them on.
  9. Just leave the headlights on. They turn off withthe key so you don't have to worry about draining ths battery. In all the time in my Soob's since 1988 my headlights have been on about 98% of my driving time.
  10. whsssshhhshshhshs... I don't know there is nothing on the website that mentions weather either way.
  11. OK Dennis we'll see you there. EJ, are you still coming across Saturday morning? Anyone else coming up through Harrisburg that wants to caravan across the backroads of Perry County, check out my post a few back. Let me know so we can wait if your gonna be close on time. Use my cel 570-292-0708 or email hocrest@earthlink.net
  12. Ruppster, This thread took off more on the Old Gen Forum; http://usmb.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=288 Not sure where you're hotel is but there are some of us meeting up in Harrisburg is you want to join us there.
  13. hahahahaha Jay, just noticed you're post about tent space. I'm about an hour north-east of Harrisburg, and I'm sure i can find some space for you. Or if you don't want to go that far out of your way, call 888-PA-PARKS, there are a number of state parks south of Harrisburg, just off of Rte 81.
  14. Just in case anybody on the East coast is interested and hasn't seen this in the Old Gen or Meet and Greet. W&L Subaru in Northumberland is holding a Subaru Shootout at Beaver Springs Race track this Saturday the 13th. Dennis EX24 is coordinating a caravan from Philly, and then there will be more of us meeting up for the trip from Harrisburg to the track. Check out the post in the Old Gen forum http://usmb.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=288 And a link for the event's website http://www.wandlsubaru.com/en_US/f_MiscPage_3.chtml And a link for directions from the tracks website http://www.beaversprings.com/contact.html Don't worry if you're not a racer, I'm going up in my stock 2.2 Legacy. And there will most likely be a couple of older EA81's and EA82's around also. Hope to see you there,
  15. Yeah Ben, thats the spot. Gates open at 10, so I guess we want to leave Harrisburg around 9. I'll get there around 8-8:30. Anybody coming from the south or west on 83, 81, or the PA Turnpike. The spot I'll be is at a McDonalds along Rte 39, just west of Rte 322, just north of Rte 81. Within rock skippin distance of the Susquehanna River. Overview of Harrisburg Closeup of Harrisburg My cel is 570-292-0708, email is hocrest@earthlink.net edit: map links added and email fixed
  16. They were trying to scare us with the Jersey Devil in the Pine Barrens, wait till they have to watch out for the Amish of the Lewistown Valley. I was thinking the exit for Rte 39. I think it's the first exit north of 81.
