  1. Twist it how you will, we know the full story, yet I won't be drawn in to a great debate here again. 'nuff said.
  2. LOL, nice try. Hirise has been around for all of 4 months. That car has been running around for years. I don't want to go in to any great **** fight here, nor any where for that matter after last time. To put it simply 90% of the cars that are claiming to be "Hirise" cars were running around proudly displaying BYB stickers until the **** fight happened. I don't care that some people no longer want to be associated with us, with some it is actually a blessing, but give credit where credit is due. Impressive hits. I bet you are glad you could get a few more hits from the BYB name. Still trying to sell BYB cds? Seems you are willing to drop the BYB name when it suits you. How is it when ever I try to post over here, that you manage to get on and turn my posts in to a cat fight? If you want to be "Hi-Rise" Subaru fan, that is fine by me. Just stop trying to ride the BYB name for your own benefit.
  3. Fixed. I hope. I am uploading more pics this evening (after work).
  4. Work in progress. More pics coming. http://www.ausubaru.com/images/yandina04/ Sorry about the external link, but there is going to be about 50 pics plus videos all up to look at and this is the quickest way when posting on a few different forums.
  5. We have some awesome footage from the weekend of an RX roll over, some EJ20T Vortex action, turbo Liberty/Legacy, turbo L wagons action. We have got a stack of pics coming up. All in all some great Subaru action. As an aside, please note that any distribution of the BYB cd rom other than directly from us is an unauthorised copy and is an infringement of copyright laws, any infractions should be reported to us immediately or to relevant authorities in your state. Please keep this in mind if and when ordering.

  7. We are part way through one of the annual events we go to for a bit of a play. Here are a few shots of the weekend. More to come.
  8. Sure do have an email you can get me on. byb555@ausubaru.comREMOVE
  9. The XT is mine. I has some EJ20T power. I got a few mods done to it and it is putting out around 270HP at the fly wheel. The Red wagon is also EJ20T - auto powered. The Blue one is EJ22 non turbo - auto The Brat is EA81T The RX is EA82T.
  10. We recently had a trip down south to go and play with a few of the "out of state" BYBers at Stockton beach (NSW - Australia). We had a ball down there playing on the dunes. I have put up some video clips and pics and thought a few here might like to have a look. links to the topics on our board are as follows. http://www.ausubaru.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=events;action=display;num=1081930290 http://www.ausubaru.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=events;action=display;num=1081831580 http://www.ausubaru.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=events;action=display;num=1075925025;start=135#135 Direct links to the video files are here. If you think you may want to view these over and over, right click the link and choose "save target as..." Don't worry, there is no viruses, but you can then scan with your antivirus software before playing if you want. A little clip of Camo having a play http://www.ausubaru.com/ausvids/Cameron01.WMV 983K A quicky of a few Subes on the beach http://www.ausubaru.com/ausvids/Stockton01.WMV 977K The Sube assault on the best biggest dune we could find. High res - BIG File http://www.ausubaru.com/ausvids/Stockton02.WMV 11.4MB Same as above but a smaller file and resolution for dial up users. If you don't mind waiting, the one above is better viewing. http://www.ausubaru.com/ausvids/Stockton02low.WMV 5.0MB Enjoy, Brett
  11. We have done what you are asking. Well we put an auto from behind a 97 2.5 in to a 91 RS liberty. We had to change the computer for it to work. Works but not what I would say is 100%. There may be a slight difference in the wiring and it sometimes has a funny shift to it betweeb 2nd and 3rd. Other than that it is fine. I take it the later model you have has a seperate auto computer? In or around 97 Subaru started putting the auto computer in with the engine computer. Well on the turbo ones any way. We also had to swap the rear diff. Went from a 4.444 to a 4.111
  12. No yours won't run it. You can get hold of an aftermarket ECU like a Haltech or a Microtech that will do the job very nicely. If you plan on using a factory computer you can pick the engine wiring from the loom and stitch it in to your car. This is how I have done it to my XT.
  13. The green brat with the EJ in it frequents the Ausubaru.com forum quite often. Drop in and say G'day to 78_GT_UTE. He is the owner of it.
  14. Post on the Ausubaru site I was just wondering if any thing ever came of the Hatch patrol vids that were going to be made. "bob_the_brat" (aka:EZap) posted on our board about them a while back.
