thanks, that's what i thought woudl be the case. One of those cases where if I had simply ignored the instructions, installed it, it woulda been simple. Instead I read the instructions, and got thrown by the cryptic instruction to program via 'SUbaru computer'.

hi, i recently bought the subaru motion detector module, which installs under the passenger seat in my 2006 outback 2.5i. however the instructions are very vague. for example, the instructions imply that after installation, some sort of vehicle settings need to be changed to let the car know that it's installed . also, the suby kit is missing the nuts req'd to attach the device. any comments/info appreciated. the local dealers i phoned have never installed this dealer-installed option!!!!
