  1. Cool. Thanks for the great info!!! From what has been said I’m guessing that the problem is the starter. I assume that if the starter had gone bad there would be no way of fixing it and I would have to go out and get a new one. Dose anyone know of where I could buy a new starter or any good informational sites that might provide instructions on installing the starter?
  2. I was planning on getting rid of this car in the next few days but now it may have to wait. I had the car sitting in my driveway for the last month and started prepping it for sale a few days ago. I know it was a little low on oil so I put some more in the engine and ran the car around a little. The next day I decided to drive the car to work and get the fluids moving again. The car drove to work fine and when I got to work I got out and examined the engine to make sure everything was fine. I noticed that I may have overfilled the car with oil and I noticed I have some oil dripping out of my air filter. I cleaned it out and drained excess oil from the car. After work I came out prepared to go home but when I tried to start the car I got noting. I got a clicking from the engine like it was trying to start but nothing happened. At frist I thought my battery was dead and I didn’t have enough power to start the thing up so I put the car in gear and rolled it and started the car from a roll. I got home turned the car off and on and once again the car failed to start. I tested the battery and it seems to have plenty of power and would be an unlikely cause of the problem. I also washed out the oil filter and got all the oil gunk out of it. What I know: 1.Car wont start when sitting still 2.Oil was in air filter 3.Battery doesn’t seem to be the problem 4.Only way to start the car is to push it and start it from a roll in gear. 5.Surplus of oil may have caused a problem? Any help would be extremely appreciated:)
