ok you r not listining it has a new water pump i baught it i put it on nothing is leaking i flushed the rad myself no stupid kit just the garden hose and a couple of hose clams it is clean and clear of all crap same with the block. it has good pressur and the pump works the hoses stay warm and i have removed the thermo. none ofmy soobs have them between jan. and oct. so could it be the heater core i havent flushed it yet i think i will do that tomorow will post on this thanks.

hey its possable theat she could have filled the oil fill with water we had to flush a soob out because a lady did that poor car.

ok so in my 82 subaru wagon gl 5 speed ea81 it over heast realyl bad even with a fan and full of coolant driving even so how do i fix i meen i have flushed the rad has new water pump no leaks electric fan ???? what givs any help is muchly appricheated (sorry if its kinda messy im late for a movie.

ah ha ha ha ha thanks fro having me read that whole thing just to see that the ea82 alt will work lol ah ha ha ha but any who i went and gota water pump yesterday for this car and when i pulled the stock one off ther was about a quarter inch of play you could wiggle the pully shaft and idk turbine w/e that thing onthe inside is but yeah it was BAD ok thanks D for the info i might go with the maxima and the spliceing and wedging and...... wait no i think i will just put an ea82 one in -

ok im hijacking this back i am not doing the ea82 swap nor am i making it 4wd so dose any one know if the EA82 and EA81 alts arethe same ? -

Hmmmmm lol actualy i do need the pass. and drivers fenders front bumper METAL not plastic u know the 82 stuff also i need a rear bumper what would you charge me. -

OK i have decided i am going to make this a street car justa pavement pounder because i have tiny for winter and this is a nice clean car runns good i think the alt is going out dose the ea82 alt work onthe ea81?what about the water pump -

yeah after looking at it i kinda like the little engine how do i do the spfi swap. also i like the quadlights and the single white markers on the ends. but i am goin to swap in the dr so a 5 speed dr out of an ea82 will bolt up ????? it dosent look like it but then again......lol i like it tho for 75 bucks it is toataly rust free on the rocker panals. and all over the bottom as well. ok so i was comin back from a camping trip and i saw a little soob in a feild and i stoped it is an 82 wagon 5 speed gl 2wd no power anything but it was 75 bucks it needs a passenger side fender and bumper on the front also a passenger head and marker light. but it was 75 bucks and i drove it home i gota set of turob aluminum wheels for it and i am getting the parts like next week.

cool i might be able to make it. would defenitly be a good chance to break in the new engine. just keep me posted do think that i might be able to get a hatch patrol sticker:rolleyes: ? or is ther a specail form i have to fill out:confused:

mine is i think 3 inch steel pipe exhust pipe but when we make them we will stucture them right so they ar stronger i m not using mine to wrap a chain to i got spots for that on the car but for protection like for the lights a and front against small trees and such -

ok so here it is its comion right along have to wait untel tuesday for new lifters i HATE THAT TICK and i figure its better to put new ones than to take a chance at the old ones sticking any more. -

lol well now that im rebuilding the engine i gota penzoil yeah yeeeeaaaahh also my boss said if i can get people to want theas bumper/brush guard we are gonna take mine nad take the stock bumper off and make new mounts thenput a second bar under the first one to make it strongerlike u suggested and idk how much custom sube bumpers usualy run but theas would bea about 70 bucks a peice so let me know what u guys think. OK i have looked and looked and looked but i cant find anything on where the water line under the carb gose to and then where the one off the side of the thermo housing gose i think it gose to the bit on the top of the block but im not shure any one know ????? thanks:confused:

yeha the cylinderwalls where toast and after pulling the block apart it just wasent worth keeping. so i got the other engine(the one that runs) and i just pulled it apart and am in the process of cleaning and resealing it also it will be geting a weber for kinda like a new heart so cents in puting a crapachi on a fresh resealed engine thats like giving a newborn baby a smoke morbid i know but eh
