  2. Nice find! As soon as you get her smogged and registered its time for a lift and pug tires. It's got a 3rd eye and A/C! wow it's loaded! Hope to see ya up in the mountain trails sometime.
  3. Thanks for all the help. Guess it won't hurt to go bigger. I can get a Ready Rad 1 row for $99 and a 2 row for $126 shipped to my door. $25 difference seems to be worth it. Anyone had any spacing problems between the fan clutch and the 2 row? I read a few stories where people have had problems with dealer installed AC systems where the shaft on the water pump is longer. When I replaced my water pump my car took the one with the longer shaft. Jeremy
  4. It will get into the upper 90's in Reno, very rare it's in the 100's for very long. But in the winter we dip into the single digits. Would the 2 row radiator not let the engine warm up to operating temp when it's 2 degrees out? Guess thats what the thermostat is for.
  5. I have a 1988 GL EA82 that runs hot. It has 223,000 miles on the original radiator. Its been flushed and cleaned out 2 times already. So yes it is time to replace the radiator. I'm on a strict budget and I know the 2 row radiators will help cool the engine better. But by how much? Will I even notice a difference? I just want to be able to run my AC with out the engine over heating. Thanks
  6. Thank you for the info. Now to search for a fuel pump that is not $200!!! Anyone have any leads?
  7. Does anyone know what the fuel pressure for a 1988 ea82 SPFI is suppose to be? My book says 28-43psi. Is that right? Thanks Jeremy
  8. Awesome, I won't have a harness though so I'll just be a spectator.
  9. Sweet. Sounds like a good deal for a fixer uper. Are you going to make it to WCSS this year? Most of us from around here will be there, hope you will too.
  10. And how are you going to watch these on your 12.4bps connection? hahaha D.. you should have specified 'SUBARU' videos, because we get these vid's of Toyotas on this SUBARU message board for some reason.
  11. What day are you leaving Brian? My buddy Shawn is going up to the show, but I'm not quite sure what his plans are yet. He will be driving a Jeep though

    Video!

Thanks for sharing those videos. I'm getting a little tired of all the Toyota stuff being posted on this "SUBARU" board. It's nice to see our good ol Subaru's climbing hills again.
  13. Sounds like a great project. Keep us updated.
  14. Great IDEA! A Brat trailer.. hehe
  15. My Transmission in my 90 Legacy is getting worse everyday. It shifts hard and sometimes slips between gears. Plus the AWD is not working anymore. The transmission did go out on this car last year and I swapped in a used one. But this one is gone now, I have moved into an apartment and I work to much to spend the time on swapping in another one. I figured a rebuild would be in order so I can keep this car for another 5+ years. Please share your experience and cost from transmission shops. Thanks, Jeremy
  16. Oh NO! Thats terrible! Sorry to hear about your car. My 91 Loyale was killed on 395 by a piece of plywood and it was in cherry shape like yours. It ended up to be big $$ to have it fixed, but Subaru's are cheap. You will find another one in short time. What intersection were you in?
  17. 1984 GL Wagon. 3" Ozified Lift, 14" pugs, LSD rear. Thats about it, nothing special but it gets the job done! Over looking Reno on top of Peavine Mountain... After a light dusting of snow in Reno...
  18. Ok, I'm still home. Pick n Pull will have to wait until 10ish.
  19. Ah, the good ol blue passenger seat. I'll keep my eye open for ya.
  20. I'm making a Pick n Pull run early Saturday morning. Anyone is welcome to join me if they like. Gonna try and be there between 8-9. Edit: Sparks Location
