My 84 hatchback is loosing power, more and more everyday. Hills I used to be able to climb at 60mph are now 45mph. Cap and rotor, plugs and wires are 1 year old. No brakes are dragging. All the hoses are hooked up and not cracked. Would some carb cleaner help? Maybe a new fuel filter? I'm looking for some suggestions. Car has 138k miles. Thanks in advance :-)

Why on earth would anyone wanna drive 90mph hours on end. Are we in that much of a hurry in this life? Slow down a bit and enjoy the world. Plus you wont kill your poor subie as fast. Poor thing -

Brian if you need to you can store the car at my place. I got the ok from my girlfriend. I'm sure you can leave it here as long as you need. Just buy a tarp or something to cover it. -

Yeah I'm sure it will be ok. I'll have to talk to my woman first. But if it's just for a short time I think she will go for it. -

What part of Nevada Brian? -
Wow Brian. Now where are these ski resorts in Sacramento???? hahahaha:D I think it snowed once in Sacramento in 1487.
-
Yeah we got snow here in Reno Nevada October 31st. I woke up to 3.5 inches on the ground. Kinda strange that it's still raining in Alaska. This storm we got came from your neck of the woods. hehe Soobs covered in snow

Well everytime I lock my keys in my Legacy, I just grab the rear window glass from the top and pull it out. I'm pretty good at finding a stick or a board with a nail on it and stick it down the window until I hit the lock. Just be careful not to bust out the window. Ah I love how secure our cars are. Good Luck

Ah! Axel nuts. Thats a good possibility. I did change the axels last year and maybe the bolts are coming loose. I'll check them asap! Thanks! -
Is there anything wrong with your 3speed?
-
I have sunday off too.. But I think I'll be in California. I'll lend a hand if my plans change.

Ok this is kinda a new problem and it seems to be getting worse. The car is a 84 Hatch 4x4. When driving at pretty much any speed, when your accelerate the car lurches to the right. Then when I take my foot off the gas without hitting the brake the car lurches to the left? So I'm kinda at a loss whats going on. I checked the air pressure in the front tires they were equal. Oh and when it's in 4wd it's fine. Who can help? Thanks

Thanks for looking for that rack. Guess we will just wait until we all have the same day off. My days off change every week.

I need a steering rack for a 90 Legacy FWD. But I think all the racks are the same from 90-94 awd and fwd. But not possitive.
