In all honest, after you get the hang of it you'll probably like it better than regular bondo. I'd much rather do repairs with it than trying to bend sheet metal. And I'm better with glass than sheet metal too(you've seen my curve making ability with metal).

ONLY 82 GL with remote start :)

Crusty connections, or bad bulb sockets would be my first look. I've suffered from both with my 2 eye to 4 eye swap. -
You'll have to have mpfi heads, wiring and ecu.

You're car is a four eye right. The wire for the clear side markers are in the engine bay right behind the headlights. Its a black plug with red and black wires IIRC. The ones in the sides of the bumper come fromt he bay, close to the radiator and run to the lights. I don't remember the colors, but they should should have seperate round rubber covered metal plugs for each wire. I can get pics if it would help. -
It will get messy, so have some good latex style gloves so you can still feel what you are doing. Lay the cloth up to where you are going to be applying it, cut it to the size you'll be using. The main thing is, if its your first time using glass to use a little less hardener than it calls for in the resin. When I use the recommended amount it dries in about 10 minutes to where you can't move it around anymore. But still takes a while to cure. Always use at least two layers of cloth for each spot, that way you'll know its firm and sealed.

I'm afraid to ask what that is doing there. -
Turbones Trip to the East Coast Update

Enough of that. You are great person. And you should be proud of what you've accomplished by making yourself healthier. You've got a husband who loves you, and numerous friends here. What do you have to be sad about. -
Turbones Trip to the East Coast Update

In Indiana, about an hour and a half from the SOA plant. There is a town called Sample. The welcome sign says "You're In Sample"... Say it fast and what do you get. Here in southwest VA, there is a place called Smackass Branch. It is one of the most redneck places in our area. -
I don't wanna hear it:lol: You've got a different kind of east coast rust, lol. I'm surronded by the kind where the body can look great and the under belly is welded together by rust.

I got my hatch for $250 in april and haven't had to touch a thing on it.

You should be ok on the o2 wire. Right on the fuel pump. Those are the wiring for the tcu.

You're getting into the confusing years for the term hatchback. At least for the unfamiliar. The "hatchback" never came in awd, only 2wd and selectable 4wd. It is also powered by the ea81 ohv 1800cc motor. The 3 door coupe also never came in awd, 2wd selectable 4wd and ft4wd(some people would call that awd but its not). And to get the last option it wouls have to be an RX turbo car. They will be powered by the ea82 or ea82t ohc 1800 either n/a or turbo.

I think Rob, Turbone, has shipped some rear disc brake stuff over before. I'm not sure about calculating the postage on www.ups.com, but it might give a rough idea. As far as packing it, UPS has a store semi local. And shipping insurance is included in their price to package and ship items for up to $100 usd. I can look into how they package glass tomorrow.
