Its not. 4.44's are pretty rare over here also. Early legacy manual non turbo is the best place to find a DIRECT BOLT in diff. They are r160 diffs with the 4.11's. I've got one ready to be thrown into the brat.

No problem at all. I'll send you a pm when I get it.

There is an 83 ea81t wagon that I'm getting the endine crossmember out of, possibly today if they can turb the car on its side for me. If not it'll be tomorrow. I can get the cooler if you don't mind used.

I'll have to putmy vote for the blue with black kit, bumpers, and door handles, with the torques. -
Thats a good call. I wasn't even considering fuel gauge, signals, tell tale graphic, and the rest.

I don't think the air ride works that way. No coils to remove. -
It'll fit in the brat cluster opening prett good. It will just have gobs of open space. And yes it will make the wiring MUCH simpler. Thats why I started looking into it. Are you keeping the original 4spd tranny?

If you've got access to perfect condition body parts, you could get into hoods and other things of that nature. Since you've had experiance the mold making process would be pretty simple I'd say. Good luck with the venture:headbang: -
If you have access to a air compressor and paint gun, you can get epoxy paint at sherwin williams. Thats what I spray on the trailers and truck beds at work. Like said before the wood goes bad before the paint. With the white though, be warned, any rust will bleed through if you don't prime and seal it correctly.

I did a little fitting of a gen 1 legacy cluster into a spare standard/dl dash. Its not that big of a deal, just need to make a bracket or too for mounting it securely.

I was speaking with phizinza about this the other day. It's technically illegal to even have a motor swapped over in australia. But there are legal ways to get it approved. -
In order to use the 2.5 intake, you'll need to use the heads. Since the cams are stuck, you'll be using the ej22 heads and intake mani. Swap over the sensors from the ej25 and put it in. Also, you will need to use the exhaust manifold form the ej22, since being a phase 2 it will be single exhaust port.

If you can use an ea81t factory oil cooler let me know quick. I'm going to the junk yard tommorow, for an ea81t engine crossmember. I'll be staring at the cooler for a little bit.

With the fi ej18 you shouldn't need to hook up any distributor stuff, or did I miss something? You could find a stock ej18 cat pipe in a j/y or online somewhere to fix that exhaust problem. Other than a few small things it sound like it has come together verry nicely.

Sounds like what the ej swappers have problems with, and fix with a surge tank.
