    We're currently looking to get a newer, if not brand new car. Trading in the wife's 00 civic Si. And insurance is cheaper on a WRX than it is on her car...

    The switch for the oil pressure light is right under the alternator. It has one wire going into it, you can't miss it.

    The 95 auto ej22 would be the better choice, in that it is non-interferance. But If you keep on top of timing belt intervals that isn't a concern. Any obd2 ej22 auto will work in it. AFAIK the autos were the only ones with egr systems.

    Jerry I'm assuming you had a lathe, how dificult would you think it would be to maintain proper balance if you used, say, an angle grinder?

    From what I can tell the ea81 weighs about 140-160 just based on the difficulty level of lifting it dry

    Don't we all just love fart cans:banana: :banana: I've considered the 4x100 redrill. A ton of cars use tat pattern. Honda, nissan, chevy, just to name a few. But that still leaves the problem of crap for brakes. And even lowered that thing has horrid wheel gap

    One option to this would be foresight. Knowing to back the car into the garage and not pull it in.

    I don't think it would be a problem. But I've never done it either. The worst that could happen is you've gotta get another new axle right.

    What about the intake into the turbo's. Looks like a full custom 2-1 into the maf right. And all this into a Brat??? DAYUM:headbang: :headbang:

    Well I can attest to the strength of a 98 legacy v. a deer at 70mph. I wasn't even sore afterward. Just mad as hell. Replaced hood, fender, headlight, and turn signal. After I paint it in the spring it won't even show.

    I'm not trying to scold you, or ridicule. I have done it many many many times. Just be careful and watch for the police. They just love street racers.

    Didn't see and headers. A bunch of nice cars, and a shot of a wrx looking flange on an uppipe.

    What frame is that. Old 4runner? Looks a lot longer than my dad's yota truck.

    Who needs cats... Anyway the wrx has 1 o2 in the uppipe, before the pre-cat. EJ22t's are right directly behind the turbo in the down pipe, just a few inches past the turbo
