  1. I send customers to advance auto, the one down the road from where I work will bend them for you if you have one to pattern by.
  2. I highly doubt you'll find prebent lines for this era, you'll most likely end up having to bend the tubing to fit.
  3. did you get this one off their ebay site, I saw one on there a few days back and it looked like the same pics, it boggled me, because it has the phase 2 iacv on the throttle body and dohc
  4. could you possibly upload some pictures of the engine, specifically the valve covers, intake manifold, and the intake manifold bolt pattern to the heads, among other thing this would help identify the engine
  5. I'd love to give every sort of egr system the finger, except for the 6.0L powerstroke, I make decent commision money selling spoob for those lol
  6. only the 95 ej22 is roller if I remember right, and you can definitely tell a difference on the wear pattern of the cams looking at the two. but the machine work that would most likely have to happen to do this wouldn't be worth it imo
  7. The end on the head its an absolute p.i.t.m.f.a. but it can be done
  8. In or out of the car the best tool for the job, at least if you need to reuse the pipe is one of those open boxed brake line wrenches. I've done a few the last week or so pulling some engines apart and between the brake line wrench, pb blaster, and a hammer I haven't had any trouble.
  9. I work for a Ford dealership, and it's recommended on the flex fuel vehicles to run a full tank of non e85 through them every 3000 miles to prevent damage to the fuel system and engine. I wouldn't chance it, hell I don't even like running 10-15% ethanol as much as I do.
  10. Wow, now thats what I call a road trip. Congrats man.
  11. took me many years and two water pumps rusting stuck to convince my buddy to stop running straight water in his Cherokee,
  12. I've always used a slightly modified battery hold down bolt with a tire plug style handle at the end.
  13. is it the sway bar from side to side of the car or the strut rod from under the passenger compartment to the lower control arms?
  14. Nice Brat, good to see one on this side of the country
  15. I've moved one, uncomfortably I add, couldn't do it alone anymore because of my back. I'd say it's st least 200 dry.
  16. get a floor jack under the center diff and get the weight off the wheels, use jackstands and it should turn. be generous with pb blaster as well.
  17. there is no ecu/wiring changes needed, if you can get lucky and find a 95 auto ej22 you'll have a bolt in job. Any from 96-98 will require the exhaust manifold to be changed as well.
  18. To be honest, I work at a ford dealer, and the motorcraft floppy wipers are the best I've ran. Not sure what any other place would sell them at but my parts dept sells them over the counter at ~13 bucks depending on size.
  19. Some people do not have any sympathy. They bandaid the problem and pass it off to the next guy. I can't say thats what happened to you, and I hope it isn't, but if it is karma will work its way back to the seller.
