Follow the tubes. There is a valve that screws into the intake manifold. I don't remember exactly where it is on the ea82 though. Best to replace with an oe subaru part.

Check your motor and transmission mounts. True torque steer is because of un equal length axles. And we don't have that problem. Shannon

One day, or night when you are bored you can send them to my email, in my profile. And I'll post them up for you. I've got cable so it won't really take too long to get them sized right. -
You're oil presure sounds about right for the ea82. So the pump isn't the problem. Are you absolutely sure the cel is for the pcv, have you check the codes. I don't recall there being a dedicated pcv code. But I could be wrong. Either way replacing the valve would be a good first step.

Kingbobdole reported only using about 1.5 quarts of yellow and .5 quart of black on his xt6 paint job. -
Which rims do you have? The ea82 wagon wheels are known for being warp happy.

I bought some deep creap last week but haven't got a chance to try it out on any big jobs just yet. -
Using the ej struts is a challenge. You'll never get Legacy front struts up in there withough making about a 3-4 inch lift block. The top of the spring hits the car before it comes close. I tried a pair of impreza struts on the wagon that your bolts came from. They fit, I had to drill new holes for the top hats, and beat the snot out of the hole up there. And they rubbed when I would turn the wheel. Not to mention that the camber was \ / even with the adjuster as far straight I could get it. In order to use ej struts, you'd need to use a coilover setup, and it would be best to modify the ea81 tophats to fit the ej strut. And then use xt6 or modded ea82 lca's to keep the camber livable. The rear, for 5 lug, xt6 is the only reasonably priced option for brakes. And you are pretty much stuck with ea82 style struts. Which will give the car a rake like hell. To lower it all even you can use aftermarket coilovers just like you would do on the front. This will give you a good handling, good stopping experiance over all. Other supporting mods are needed like sway bars and such to maximize the drivin experiance. -I don't know jack about offroad. I was made for the twisties. Shannon

You can alway's tell a SUBARU engine by sound!

I'll agree there too. But seeing a comment on another thread directed toward daeron. I'll forego my non subaru intake experiances... -
No its not rare. All 99 legacy's will have the 30th aniversary stuff on it. The limited is the top-o-the line model for 98 and 99. Nothing truely special except leather. And I think they may have gotten gold paint on the inside of the wheels spokes. I would say its probably worth that, but if it still has the original head gaskets, you know what to do...

The early er27 did anyways. I've seen them say both h6 and flat 6. -

The er27 from the xt6 has Flat-6 on the engine cover. -
You and me both. I always keep that book open when changing the plugs out. I'm clueless without it.

I've seen weirder at the Bristol Dragway in TN. They had a big Pinks event there last weekend. Some kid got drunk and left his(more likely his mom's) 98-99 legacy parked where the auto-x was scheduled to be the next day. When Sunday came it hadn't been moved. track officials called a tow company to remove it, when they got their they realized it is an awd car. They didn't have a roll back operational. They brought another traditional two wheel tow truck out, hooked one to each end and moved it into the lower parking lot for safe keeping.
