  1. I have a 2001 legacy wagon, I'm planning to lift it using outback struts and wheels... i guess it's a pretty direct swap...but what about the cv joints ? Is there any photos around of such a set up ? Thanks/ MErci Greg from Montreal QC
  2. The problem has just been sorter ANd guess what ? it was just an dead rear shock :-\ no more strange noise but still have the AT OIL temp flashing 16 times, and nothing happens with the 2wd fuse:confused:
  3. I will measure the circumference, no alloys, just steelies. ANd yes the AT oil temp is flashing 16 times... But why do I have the problem in neutral ?? that's really strange, ist'nt it ?
  4. I have checked the wheels they looks the same, same michelin...and didn't mesure them but thread seem to be the same...If not the solenoid...what could that be ??
  5. Hi Again Can torque bind (duty C solenoid failure) happen in neutral ?? Even in a straight line and going down my street in neutral I can have that shuddering from the rear :-\ Thanks Greg
  6. this forum is a gold mine ! thanks guys ! Any online parts store to recommend in Canada or US ? cheers Greg
  7. thanks for your advice, I have the oill temp light flashing 16 times, so it seems that it's the transfer duty solenoid...am I right ? Is replacing the TDS expensive ? How many hours of labour ? cheers from montreal Greg
  8. Hi Guys! I recently purchased a 95 Legacy automatic Seems that I have trouble with the famous transfer duty solenoid ... Is this something expensive to fix ?? I don't have the time to do it myself, too busy with the new home and with the baby:) I 've read somewhere that it was possible to place a fuse to convert it to 2wd...Is that something you would recommend as a tempory solution ? thanks ! Greg
  9. nice pics, very nice rust free wagons ! but why that citroen emblem ?? :-\ is there a citroen engine inside? greg
  10. Waooow for the Dakar !!! Not sure many north american know this rally, so have a look here : http://www.dakar.com Greg
  11. yep ! I was amazed to read in the manual that the original size is 165 for 4wd and 175 for 2wd as the 4wd is heavier this is difficult to understand ...
  12. Hi guys, After selling my previous loyale in october and having searched for a long time,...here is the my new loyale, its a 94. Exact same color as the previous one ! THe odometer only reads 196.000km (120.000 miles) . but as living in the most salted part of the world (Montreal, Quebec Canada) there is some rust...:-\ The body was rust treated with oil (there is 2 rust check stickers in the door) lower front fenders are rusted, rear lower as well, rockers are quiet ok except at 2 spots (around 4 inches holes) , floors are perfect The car came with 155-80-13 winter tires (79 load index) isn't too dangerous ?? Here are some pics, hope you'll like Greg
  13. thanks for the reply, I know it's not structural, but I 'd like to fix that anyway even if it's only cosmetic. Does someone know a place to buy inner fender and fender repair kit ? Greg
