i second the IACV host is leaking. it sounds like a vacume leak between the MAF and the TB so i would check that.

i put a WRX stock cat-back on my 94 Ti i had a few years back. there was no difference in how it pulled, it was still slow, but it gave it a nice sound and anytime you put a freer flowing exhaust you will be more efficient. so will you feel the difference, no unless you have a problem like a clogged cat. will it sound different and look nice. i think so.

Legacy Hi/Lo gearbox shipping costs
The Scooby replied to kiwishooter's topic in Subaru Retrofitting
as stated the cost for the transmission needs to be paid before everything is sent. once i recieve them i can then break down the pallet from AU then strap each other tranny to its own pallet. i can get a quote to who ever is interested prior to sending the funds to buy the transmission. i know the weight i just need to have your addy. -
why don't you use the proper forum? you might get some help there.

Legacy Hi/Lo Gearbox names & money required

yep, let me know i can supply the paypal info and get it transfered. i still need kiwi's friends infomation thats in indiana so i can then forward it to him. honestly i need some more info on when it will arrive here in seattle and i want to make sure im not gonna have to fork out a bunch of cash for the customs. i honestly i will not proceed until i get a final cost involved so everyone is known on how much they need to invest. because yes its about $350 for the tranny shipped here to seattle, but there still is the cost to send it from me to the people that im getting them for. which is usually anywhere between 150-300$ for freight. i want to see a real count of the amount of people that are going to buy, if there is not enough interest then i personally will not buy the 1 or 2 for myself. so once i get the contact informaion for every part involved then i can proceed on my end. there needs to be more communication between all parties involved. -
so it was you i talked with about the sandwich adapter at the WCSS11. good idear huh?

Legacy Hi/Lo gearbox shipping costs
The Scooby replied to kiwishooter's topic in Subaru Retrofitting
ok so right now its looking like they will cost about $350 USD to get shipped to seattle, then it will be about another $200 or so to ship form here in seattle to most places in the 48 states. im still in and still willing to recieve. im only wanted a few bucks for my time to put them on the pallet and shipped. i was only looking to maybe make $20 per just for my time and price for the pallets. Cheers Shean -

reason i would be willing is because i can get them all brought to my work so it would be cheaper for shipping and such. then i can strap them to a pallet and send them out from there for cheaper. also it will be easier to get through customs. yes i would make a little profit for my time but im not out to make a living, im trying to help pass on a deal to others like others have done for me. if everyone wants to buy one them selves and have them shipped by all means im not against that or trying to not let them, im just trying to make it easier for all parties involved. if it ends up being a person to person then ill still take 2 or 3 for my self. -
well PM me if you need pictures or anything like that since ive had mine done for a while. Cheers Shean

weighs about 250LBS

again if you can check freight to seattle then i can ship out from here, that way its not from you to LA then from LA to seattle.

i think the regular AWD hi/lo is 3.90 for the lego's and 4.11's in the foz's with the center diff lock. i might be wrong though. mine will be stuffed with 4.44's

no offence, but i completely agree. to much talk without enough knowlegde. the off-road trip we did at evan's 2 weeks ago was my first time out, and i shur as shnt didn't talk back to people when they told me a good line. some just need to grow up and swollow their ego.

thanks austin for the great pictures, and to everyone else who made this show i again like last year had a blast.

i was gonna go carbed, but then i looked into the price for the modded intake manifold, and a new dizzy it was the same price to have chux do the wiring. i grew up with domestic cars and carb's, but once i understood how F/I works its very simple. mine runs flawless with the 93 wiring on the 98 engine. tap the key and it fires right up, and never had any issues on our wheelin trip we did last weekend. i also get 25mpg average and thats with the 27X9.50 TSL SSR's and a roof basket.

ya i love this one, its the new background on my puter
