they can have fun lugging that extra thousand pounds around the track, then and the only reason I don't have one is the auto and how heavy it is.
-
keep in mind the car's intentions i t's a Grand tourer not a wheeler/rally/race car high speeds and quiet comfort. good handling for freewayor long courses not so great for autox etc.

I guess what I want to know can be determined with measuring shoes. drums are special order. the ea ones at least... I really don't want to pull mine yet, either. if any one just knows what size they are "called" like are they "10 inch disks" found something EA drums are 7 and 3/32 inch... I assume this is overall diameter Gary, a "close" measurement is fine...

looking for dimensions for rear drum brakes... having a hard time finding them need inner diameter for ea82 stuff and inner diameter for ej18/ej22 rear drums.

you need a jack under the front of the tranny to lift the engine up high enough to clear the mounts (this is after you unbolt the mounts and before you unbolt the bell housing)

been looking for the pics you are talking about and not havin any luck.. seem to recall they used part of a chevy blazer to build that.

the shape of the rear glass is one of the cars most important aero features. it's a half cam back. allowing the notch back design to have less turbulence.

I concur to the original poster: you realize that the RWD rallyX class is the slowest class? the reason the old british rally cars are RWD is that was all they had that said if you want RWD go for a truck much less cabin to have to build a cage for.
