  1. That is SO COOL!!! That might be on my list of international parts! I wonder if US seats will mount to the height adjustable frames... Are those seats fairly common and are they avalible in light brown?
  2. I beleive this is the offending hose: Anybody have to replace one of these little buggers in the car? The solution that I can think of to get to it without removing too many things is to take off the exhaust manifold, but as I remember getting it off and back on the turbo is a PITA. Any ideas?
  3. Sweet! I might have to find myself an STi key!
  4. Ross, I'm gonna need to see pics of your height adjustable seats!
  5. I really like my mug, but it is true, I never use it. Maybe a large pint would be better. I'd like screen printing as opposed to last years etching, unless we decide on a mug, then etching would be better. Not that my vote is very helpful or anything...
  6. Graphite powder on the rubber window seals, eh? I'll have to try that...
  7. What do you guys suggest I use to lubricate the power window sliders on my 84 wagon? The windows are getting a little slow and I would like to freshen them up. Should I use while lithium grease or something else like bearing grease?
  8. I think that with some of the old parts, the dealers don't cross reference them, so when their supply of parts is gone, they don't know what else fits so they assume there are none left. Some of the parts are really hard to find though, like the rubber saucer for the PS pump that keeps spilled fluid off the belts. I've been looking for one for 3+ years with no luck.
  9. Unless there is zero to almost no rust on them, they won't go for much more than a regular set of wagon wheels on the board. But on ebay however, you might be able to get more for them... You never know!
  10. I don't think anyone has done that yet. If I get a good set of heads for my EA81T, I might have someone do them up a bit. It sits on your shoulders for now though!
  11. I would talk to a european car shop or a Peugeot mechanic and see if tehy have any or know where to find some.
  12. My vote as an EA81T owner is to keep it original!
  13. Hurray! A pristine set of heads! Wish mine looked that good...
  14. Well, I know that Superrallyroo's 83 T-wagon has manual windows, but I'm also pretty sure that power windows were part of the Turbo-10 package which also included including (but not limited to) Digi-dash, sunroof, power mirrors and power windows. Superrallyroo's car also has the gold emblems, but I'm not sure about the oil cooler (however I assume it has one). His car has an analog dash, but it has the boost gauge while my Digi-dash has the turbo light. The boost gauge replaces the volt meter on the turbo cars at least in the US. Hope this helps some. On a side note, we EA81T owners need to stick together as our cars are getting old and hard to find parts for.
  15. Well, I found the leaky hose, but I can't get at it right now. It is below the turbine housing. I'm pretty sure its the hose with the insulation on it. Pics to come...
  16. They also had different gear ratios in the auto tranny, the oil cooler and the front "spoiler".
  17. Bowwow in Seattle sells them. There are about 3 other places that I know sell them, but the names don't come to mind right now.
  18. I had that same hose go bad in the same spot. I just cut out the bad spot. I think the leak is closer to the turbo its self this time judging on where the steam was coming from. I'm about to go snoop around under the hood. I'll report anything suspicious taht I find. Well, 14 minutes later and nothing looks out of the ordinary. I did move the spare tire to the hatch so I can see what is steaming next time I drive it.
  19. My badges are all gold except the front one, but it has a 3rd eye now so that makes up for it. Also my car has the Turbo-10 pagkage. I want those headlight washers!!!
