  1. The pump on my EA81T wagon is mounted on a little skid plate, IIRC.
  2. Still gotta get the tranny in. Its rained every time I go down there, so work has not been progressing.
  3. What condition is it in? By the way, I have my wagon up here now. Its stock, but it means that I can meet you guys in the north end for meets, etc.
  4. We'll see how much of the hatch I can get finished. If I can't be there in the hatch, would it be cool if i caught a ride with someone?
  5. Well, I guess I should chime in now that I have a lifted rig. Its an 81 hatch with a 3"/3" lift with 27" Kumho MTs, stripped interior and a snorkel. This used to be owned by Superrallyroo, so if you've seen this car earlier in this post, thats why.
  6. Yeah, try a resinator, different muffler or even a cat. Find what works for you.
  7. I need my memory refreshed. I have an EA81T that had the automatic. I'm wondering if my stock axles will fit on the stub shafts of a RX tranny. Will this work?
  8. What about bushings for the front "trailing arms" on EA81s? I'm sure those would benifit from some stiffer bushings. Do EA82s use these?
  9. Would we be able to get these done for the front rotors of EA81s?
  10. I'll get any of the bushings that will fin on an EA81.
  11. Ed, when I install my rear bar, if you supply me trailing arms and mounts I can weld them up for you.
  12. Of course it WILL make a difference, the question is how large you think the difference will be. If it were me, I'd put the old exhaust on and test the new one to see the difference. But thats me!
  13. I looked this up on cars.com The '98 2.5RS coupe weighed 2,600-2,795lbs while the sedan weighed 2,690-2770lbs. However, I have no data for later years of the RS. Maybe someone with a FSM for the RS could fill in the gaps?
  14. There are no pre-fabbed lifts for any gen one car. Also, the gen ones rear control arm comes very close to the rear wheel/tire combo. I don't know if the 14" pugs will fit with stock pug tire size on there, but I guess you'll just have to test it out.
  15. NGK hands down. The FSM calls for them and subes just seem to run better on them than anything else. We changed the champions out of Wagonpowaa's brat and it ran better. Took the Boschs out of my T-wagon and it ran better. Replaced whatever was in Lepetitprince's brat and it passed emissions.
  16. If your car has a carb, then you can put on a weber or SPFI conversion. I dont know if subaru sold any RXs where you live \, but if they did, then you could grab the body kit off one of those.
  17. Great job! But like always in autox, it is the driver who wins the race, not the car. And by this I mean that you are an amazing driver! Imagine what you could do in an STi!!!
  18. Hey Subieguy, could I score that license plate frame off that blue brat? Let me know what you want for it.
  19. AMEN! Those flairs wouldn't be bad but what I picture is more like WRX or Mitsu Starion fender flairs. For the front fenders it would be cool if the flairs were intigrated into the fender and the rears could be rivited or blended into the existing fenders.
  20. Looks great! I really like that red on gold combo, I wonder why? Keep me in mind if you decide to change the wheels!!!
  21. I have no clue. I wanted to grab the tranny, but my old man was against it.
  22. Don't forget about us EA81 guys! If you can make a hood with all the same options as the EA82 guys are talking about, that would be killer!
